You really need to make it more visible. And maybe add sound. Right now it almost blends with it's surroundings. It is now practically invisible to drivers.
What if there are roads without side walks, how will the robots manage to get through those? In certain city there will be sidewalks with cracks in them, what if the robots gets caught in those?
They could implement tasers or something like that. Also I think there's loud alarm when it's picked up (or will be in future versions), you would get a lot of attention, and there's loudspeaker now. And of course cameras, GPS, and you can't open it without code easily. It's too much trouble really to deal with it especially if there's a chance they capture your face. And it's questionable how profitable it would be selling parts, there are many ways to make it too much trouble. Selling custom parts unofficially could be illegal, who would buy these parts? People who need these robots will not buy from someone shady if they don't wanna encourage stealing.
Delivery robots are outfitted with multiple cameras. A lock and a GPS thar can track them down to the nearest inch. No thief will be getting into one, unless they want to be hit with heavy fines or jail time.
Gee I buy more than two bags of food. So it better for me to do myself to the exercise from the store. I mean a car can beat up that little robot driving down the street. It might need auto insurance too.
taking up hanicap access for proffit is not an option. The companies can pay for robot paths or roads.Sick and tired of corporations that externalize the obvious damage they are causing.Unregulated capitalism is how Nigeria is run.
There's a ridiculous blind spot to the shitty side of human nature in the design of this thing. I wouldn't give it 10 minutes in a busy city. There are desperate people roaming the streets, some of which think nothing of pulling a knife on a human being in a secluded underpass, you really think that if there are people prepared to do that then they won't just pull a hood up, throw a tarpaulin over these and steal them? Even if people didn't pick them up and steal them due to security measures, there'd be almost nothing you can do about, say, a teenager just giving it a kick and tipping it over, thus spoiling a delivery and potentially causing damage. This sort of apparatus requires a huge shift in society's values towards respect of property and the concept of what is property. Not to mention the luddites that'll feel resentful in sharing their sidewalk with a gimmicky gadget (which will increase the temptation to kick them).
We speak about technological progress as if it was some entity with a mind of its own, it is not. It is simply people working to create profit from planned obsolescence and constant needles change again for profit. So if we really had to we could stop it or we could redirect it towards other endeavors that would not devastate people who are simply trying to get by and live their life.
People benefit from automation, this is why we have so many people working in entertainment. RUclips is full of "creators" whose lifestyle is only possible because of automation and robotics. Otherwise they'd be working in factories doing repetitive jobs.
Am I the only one that felt anthropomorphic empathy and scared for the little "guy" as he slowed and paused at the intersections? Nicely done!

It is so great robot to help human and it will be strong in future!
I had a good experience with it and
I also did a video for the starship robot delivery on my channel.
We live in exciting times.
Lol we still have to pay
can it devise a correct delivery spot an unload itself?
Like how the robo-vacuum finds it's charging dock?

Voan Siam upgrades and can tip itself over like boston dynamics robots
ก็ไปอุ้มมันออกมาไง
I want to develop this further! PM me!
Wonderfully cute
Pls add this in romania
What if I tape off the camera's, steal the robot and whatever is in it, sell the parts online and have a free dinner?
Maarten van Rossem Lezingen It has gps and they will find you :3
Just enclose it in a big enough metal box! no RF signals, no GPS...

Why would you do that authorities alerted?
It's easier to hold up the pizza delivery boy and sell his bike.
Яндекс ?
pfff try to create a robot that auto maneuvers in sidewalks in GREECE
Haha this estonian accent is so strong.
It was so funny how they introduced this robot in europe government and then completely failed because robot dont worked.
thieves: *it's free real estate*

One comment about the video itself. If you are going to have music, make sure it doesn't obscure the narration.
drones are way better. 3d gives way less obstructions
but hard to get approved and properly regulated.
True
Crash

Jen Sablefur If u try to kick it, it will make alarm noises and send tracking information to police.
Jen Sablefur it turns on its own and can reach 45 mph faster than human
theft?
BillNepill no more efficient than humans

Dominoes makes billions a year, do you really need to be putting thousands and thousands of underpaid students out of work?
MrQuijibo yes universal Basic Income
Did you send an e-mail to Amazon bashing them for everything they've done to jobs as well?
