I had a Muslim customer who invited me in for a bowl of his curry. Now I like a curry so I thought why not. I like a Madras but this curry was so hot that it could burn you a new arsehole and yet could still taste the bleach on the chicken. Invited me back two weeks later to show me how to make it and the chicken tasted the same and I saw him collect it and unwrap it straight from the halal butcher. So aye, I agree.

Im from Gateshead, i used to go to the indoor market, jackson street ect, although i got out, its heartbreaking to see what it's become 😊
Most towns are shite now, couldn't believe how bad Westgate road is for bike shops now.
I would work on the basis that any food left over was because nobody wanted it .... except anyone who did not know what they were ordering ...lol!
When you go to a takeaway ask for food, and they say we've only got this and that, you just know that foods unwanted.

Chris please bin diesel the lot if you get that taste. Working with food gives you a 6th sense. Any chef will tell you they can tell you by taste how long food has been stored and i think your starting to pick it up.

Ok , as I live in the states , these takeaways don't have much content that I could use . However they do show what a straight shooter chris is ... I watched him work hard to find something in the food he could eat , and enjoy . Solid work tonight , he even states this may have the taste that really appeals to steady customers . Just not to him .
Proves me right he's a honest guy doing a honest review . I do miss the stealth cooking burgers in McDonald parking lot or chicken in KFC lot et cetera , those were a hoot !
