Looping the video over and over is monotonous to look at. Might want to just put a simple picture there and leave it at that. And filming location of the starter relay would have been a big help. Should be able to jump it with a bent over paper clip which would tell you weather the relay is bad.
Rambling about nothing. What caused the issue. Fuses and relays and causing a situation and checked the fuses and tested them and the situation and blah blah blah Jesus
