It’s really easy to do yourself just fyi. Download audacity, it’s free. Then use a youtube to mp3 converter to download a song. Drag the file from downloads straight into audacity open in another window, it’ll pop up as a track in the program. Then highlight the whole track, go up to effects, select “change tempo” or “change speed” and reduce it however much you want. Changing the tempo will keep the pitches the same and just drag them out, changing the speed will make it sound low like this. If it sounds too low, you can use the “change pitch” effect to bring it back up a bit.
