Should be motivation not demoralisation. The only way to get to the point where its hard to find people better that you is to keep smashing as hard as you can regardless of weather other people are better. He fucking kills it though... one day haha.

I've seen him climbing around the centre and he can climb some extremely difficult slabs and overhangs, he's modest about it too and takes the time to help anyone.
