I liked Zappa. I was lucky enough to see him in concert. But among other things, he did try to keep Cynthia Plaster Caster's collection of '*phallus* casts', which made _him_ a bit of a dick. Ironic that he would die of Prostate Cancer. R.I.P., Frank Zappa. And thank you for such great advice. I will _never_ eat the yellow snow...
gamesandguitars003 even tho some guitarists featured here are very well respected. Instead youve asked for amateurs like EVH or Iommi, you probably know very little about great guitar players
From the description: This is a indie production by Australian public tv show Guitar Gods and Masterpieces. OF COURSE they are going to promote their own. Nothing wrong with that. Australians should be able to recognize most of them and relate. I only know Emanuel and Gambale.
OMG. The years of practice, education, and talent in this video is beyond understanding. What an incredible set of dedicated individuals for a fantastic cause. My hat is off to everyone who was involved. Thank you. Now, where did I put my guitar again? Hmmm....
OMG!! Havent been this inspired since "We're Stars" back in the 80's. What an awesome concept and how amazing is it that such guitar legends gave of their time for such a brilliant cause. I'm a die-hard Garsed and Gambale fan so there's where my favs lie but Tommy Emmanuel is simply brilliant (as always). Aussie Aussie Aussie Oi OI Oi
Satch really killed it! What a way to play more than the acquired bars without disrupting the next in line, whom also killed it! And Garsed and Gambale, wow!
There was more guitar on this one song, than has been on all of Comercial radio in the last 20 years. Everyone is brilliant. I'm a huge personal fan of Steve Morse, and Frank Gambally. Frank really used the space between the notes incredibly. Steve nailed all the spaces between. All in all just plain fun to listen to. Peace.
Awesome playing by everyone, but some standouts to me were Satch with his sustaniac, Frank Gambale, Andy James and Guthrie. Paul Gilbert played his solo from "Daddy, Brother, Lover, Little Boy"....which was cool and definitely still scary.
Unbelievable Manjit Joseph!!!!!!!!!! What a performance....04:13 to 04:23!!!! Amidst the greats. What a show and such fantastic guitar playing in the whole video........!!!!
Reading all the comments, there seems to be some issues with the amount of female models in the video... really?? Where's everyones playfulness gone? lol ..Everyone is entitled to how they feel about it obviously, it doesn't matter to me, but a few simple points that are worth considering: Firstly, it seems to me that the video is just meant to be in fun, no?... and the style is clearly a deliberate throwback to the 80's, when most video clips were pretty well like this, weren't they? Also, if you listen to the lyrics, they are about a young boys frustrations, so the images go with the meaning, and the whole thing is simply from a boys point of view and his teenage preoccupations....therefor: many guitar solos and many girls. I guess he could be daydreaming about guitars and half naked men instead... but perhaps that's for another video :) Secondly, the competition is to raise awareness and money for mens health issues, including depression and prostate cancer, so yes, it is slightly male-centric in its target audience. And even so, it seems to me that a few scantily clad men WERE included in the clip too... go back and have another look...or did no one notice those at all, coz they were too busy looking at the girls?!? haha Third, I happen to know that female guitarists WERE asked to take part, but for this first video none were able, or had not replied by the cut off. The release date was set in stone, so production could not wait for every single persons schedule (and anyway, it would have taken an age to get all those guitarists as it is!) Has anyone seen Miley Cyrus in her underwear licking the tips of sledgehammers in HER video clips?!? I didn't notice any uproar from the male community about that?! lol.... Oh and her video has almost 1 BILLION hits.... so it seems to me if you want to raise some serious awareness and money for a great cause??.... and perhaps having a clip of just a bunch of dudes noodling on their guitars in their bedrooms is a bit boring for all the people out their who DON'T play guitar? Also, "no models were harmed or objectified in the making of the clip". The girls AND guys involved in shooting were very happy for the work and involvement... sounds win win to me? And come on people... it's RUclips! lol... not the Wall Street Journal. ...it's Rock Music...not "Brahms 3rd Racket". And lastly, you don't HAVE to like it, you know. Not everybody will. Maybe girls and guitars aren't your thing. I'm curious about the comments saying "Would I want to watch this with my mom, my sisters, my nieces, my wife?"?" etc etc... Ummmmm...So don't. Why on earth would you want to do that?? haha
Still the most fun guitar collaboration I think I have seen, and one of the few with a really catchy song! Also still looking for one of those madame dresses for my wife! come on internet!!!!!
Yes, you understand the pain! Dorian Chiiwahwah Phallic has been told more than most dudes - 'Not To Play Guitar He has even been told not to play the ancient Chinese instrument - the Gu Qin. He told me it was one of his most hurtful moments of his life.
You guys, you had all these hot chicks, all these bitchin' players and ya didn't invite Mr Russ 'Satchel' Parrish himself!!!!!! i'm not complaining. Loved the video. And the fact you still havent changed the 2015 Classic Rock calendar with Led Zep on it.
I saw this for the first time last night and I couldn't stop thinking about it all day while I was working. I just got home and now I'm on my 3rd view of it tonight. I love this shit man! It's truly inspiring even thought I can't play that way myself.
This is by far one of the most inspiring videos for we amateur players, seeing such an amount of talent together was mindblowing! It would be awesome to see in future iterations more people from Latin America! There's a lot of talent to be picked from!
I Watch this at least once a week, it never gets old. I do wish my doctors would start using this test, I am sick of a finger up my ass every couple years....
I wanted to edit my previous comment (but it's not possible to do so on youtube) to make sure you understand that I believe this video is awesome and I have subscribed.
Mikio Fujioka - musical genius and warm soul , what a incredible loss to the world. His notes will always be remembered. R.I.P

Didn't realise there was so much guitar talent in Australia! Right i'm moving!!....
From the description:

Mikio Fujioka always blows my mind.

Babymetal's Kami Band
He's amazing. Really hope they can get Takayoshi Ohmura on the next one too, he's even crazier!
Leda too~ That dude creates some sick riffs. (Former Kami Band)
shirokun Leda has played some shows with BABYMETAL again in the last month!

Rabea at 4:25 being a tasteful beast as always
Rob at 5:25 i like seeing my heroes pop up everywhere
Guthrie Govan blew my mind with that last run.
So much talent in one video! Awesome! A few guitarists here i have never heard of. But im not disappointed, they are all great!
OMG!! Havent been this inspired since "We're Stars" back in the 80's. What an awesome concept and how amazing is it that such guitar legends gave of their time for such a brilliant cause. Nicely said!
An Electric stalwart show being introduced by an acoustic guitarist...
Bad-ass Level : Tommy "Legendary" Emmanuel....!!!!
5:40 R.I.P. Mikio Fujioka
Virtuoso of guitar.
God of guitar.
Bea nailed it.
🎸 made me live longer than I expected.
Satch really killed it! What a way to play more than the acquired bars without disrupting the next in line, whom also killed it! And Garsed and Gambale, wow!
7:29 Paul Gilbert - Daddy, Brother, Lover, Little Boy solo :)
Best thing on the internet. Where is everyone? This should have fifty times as many views and likes. What is this world coming to?
Coming back after 5 years!! Evergreen song.. Thinking about it the vocal sounds like Stevie T.. hihi
all the guitarist were awesome in this. ✌🏼️👽👍🏼
OH MY! I CANT'T DESCRIBE HOW AMAZING IS THIS!
Great tribute to one of the most beautiful instruments ever!
There was more guitar on this one song, than has been on all of Comercial radio in the last 20 years. Everyone is brilliant. I'm a huge personal fan of Steve Morse, and Frank Gambally. Awesome!!!!
CUANTO SABE THE COVERS DUO!
8:01 Govan tastiest bend of the month
Awesome playing by everyone, but some standouts to me were Satch with his sustaniac, Frank Gambale, Andy James and Guthrie. Paul Gilbert played his solo from "Daddy, Brother, Lover, Little Boy"....which was cool and definitely still scary.
juicy major triads lick at 04:48 :D
Unbelievable Manjit Joseph!!!!!!!!!! What a performance....04:13 to 04:23!!!! Amidst the greats. What a show and such fantastic guitar playing in the whole video........!!!!
Fuck yeah Steve Morse
I was particularly impressed by Chris Cheney, of whom I wasn't aware! Amazing solo and tone. All great players nevertheless!!
Man, there is so much talent in Asia... unreal. Guitar is nowhere near dead!
Australia supplying the goods!
FRANK GAMBALE! Killed it. Also, Bea nailed the changes.
It is true that Dorian Chiwahwa Phallic actually became Franks house cleaner for a period in the 80's purely to learn sweeping techniques
Epic, who wouldn't listen to a song that features this many guitar gods?
Best song and PG plays just perfect
FANTAAAAASTIC WORK Mr. WANGAR! Great work and great effort to help and raise awareness about Prostate cancer!! Will share this on my music page!
Thanks Ash

Well said and thanks for your comment.
Didn't expect to see Erock and Benjamin Baret here. Both are among my favorite guitar players.

BEST. VIDEO. EVER.
Will pass your comment on to Dorian Chiiwahwah Phallic - Thanks Andy
All the masters in one clip - that's nice!
Cool to see syu isao and fujioka in the video. I wonder where is takayoshi ohimura. LOL
Wonderful Video, Great cause!!!
Happy to have played a very small part, and see our work at the end.
I can't get 1 friend to meet me and this dude got 75 dozen famous guitarists to record a solo and film themselves playing it for his song. Fuck.
Of course, because every single one of them has FELT what is like to be told NOT to play guitar or at least known someone who had to go through it.
Yes, you understand the pain!
Dorian Chiiwahwah Phallic has been told more than most dudes -
'Not To Play Guitar
He has even been told not to play the ancient Chinese instrument - the Gu Qin.
He told me it was one of his most hurtful moments of his life.
don't forget all the girls in the video :D
Getting half naked girls on camera is easy. Girls Gone Wild proves that.
That was awesome. Soooooo much talent. Andy James blows my mind.
2:47 Nowadays a lot of people shit on him; but one note is enough to remind everyone why Joe Satriani is the king.
NEVER TELL ME NOT TO PLAY!!!
WOW! Awesome!
thumbs up for Mikio!
You guys, you had all these hot chicks, all these bitchin' players and ya didn't invite Mr Russ 'Satchel' Parrish himself!!!!!!
i'm not complaining. Loved the video. And the fact you still havent changed the 2015 Classic Rock calendar with Led Zep on it.
sooooo good to see again
@8.00 That one bend to rule them all. Sick!
Genial Hedras Ramos, Escucharte y verte en este video es de mucho orgullo.
andy james did an amazing solo!
3:52 Japan Thailand India awesome
Mikio Fujioka R.I.P
I see Cort I click thumb up! That's an underrated among other brands here.
HAHA! Paul is playing his solo from "Daddy, Brother, Lover, Little Boy" almost note for note here. PG is the best.
I saw this for the first time last night and I couldn't stop thinking about it all day while I was working. I just got home and now I'm on my 3rd view of it tonight. I love this shit man! It's truly inspiring even thought I can't play that way myself.
Apart from the epic playing I think I loved the "politically correct moment" jokes throughout the video, that's genius.
Hey Aiden, Thanks for watching and your comment! May The Guitar Gods Bless You!
I can't handle the sologasm anymore!!
just rewatched this and Chris Cheney played a lovely solo :) wow!
this is gonna be 20 million watch at least.
awesome! so many awesome guitarists playing amazing solos in one song!
This is by far one of the most inspiring videos for we amateur players, seeing such an amount of talent together was mindblowing! It would be awesome to see in future iterations more people from Latin America! There's a lot of talent to be picked from!
2020 and this is still DOPE!
So many great players for a great cause! :) And i NEED one of those awesome t-shirts! :D
Cool solos and girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing how the more well known players are way ahead of many of the others!
This - IS - THE - BEST!! Congratulations on an epic achievement.
🙏Baby don't you ever tell me not to play...... not to play GUITAR!!!! Epic guys... loved it, shared it..... May your calluses be with you.
This was great, it reminded me of We're Stars.
Also, gotta love the amount of Aussie guitarists here, it's about time they got a little attention.
Hell yeah so many shredders. Japan was particularly impressive, oozing style.
So much talent in a single video. Syu \m/
Why doesn't this have more views...like millions...
fucking awesome!!! ALL OF THE GOD OF GUITAR SHOW UP IN THE ONE SONG!!!
All these different kind of tones and styles,my god! :D I love this!
