    Squats please! I totally agree with your list. What about weighted 45 degree hypers?

      check out our squat video as well! 45 hypers are an excellent exercise, but IMO will give you less bang for your buck than these options simply because of the isolation aspect of it, you can't use as much load. Still a place for it in any program!

    Pause deadlift should be at what percentage from my max ?

      a good place to estimate your paused 1RM is about 90%. Some people will be able to do more on sumo

      @@OfficialTeamOutlieri can sumo 300kg but my pause is at 230kg 😂

      ​@@OfficialTeamOutlierWhat percentage of my 1rm should I use on deficits and paused? I train them with 60% but I think the start of the lift is still too weak

      @@rulas___1790 a good rule of thumb is to assume your paused and deficit 1RM is about 90% of your competition lift, and then program based off of that like you normally would!

    You know what the best sumo deadlift accessory is? SWITCHING TO COVENTIONAL.

      Depends what your goal is. These days 90% of IPF lifters under 83 kg pull sumo. If your goal is to compete sumo is the way to go.
