I have seen several videos - and this by FAR was the best one. I especially liked the details on the side 'clips' - they were always a mystery to me. ALSO -thanks for bringing up the need to have the rubber inserts back in over the screw holes. I bought a pair of these window shades - and developed clay feet - not wanting to screw something up - NOW I know how to do it - Thanks oodles - MikeT
You did a great job on this tutorial. I just purchased the same one at my local Habitat for Humanity ReStore for only $10 . It had all the hardware but no instructions. I had to replace my insert on my door and found the whole door there for only $50 with 20% off. Needless to say , I'll be back. Thanks again. I will be installing it tomorrow.
Molly is cute! Anyway, thanks for teaching me how to install the blinds. Saw them at a model home and researched them, found you and I think I'm going to surprise my husband with these. ;-)
Thanks. You solved the mystery for me of how the metal inserts work with the side clips. I was reinstalling the add-on blinds from one door to another with no paper work/instructions.
Great video!! We used this video instead of the instructions 👍🏼
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks happily married couple for this great video. Just purchased these and I think I can install them by myself now.
Hi Shacky
Good luck on your installation. I have a new Honey Do list for him 😜
Researched a bunch of videos, this is the most thorough. Thanks for a great video.
Wonderful!

I bought mine NEW from a local big name hardware store - and they also came with NO instructions (Grrrrrrr)
Thank you! I was hesitant but you explained it so simply that I know I can do this myself! Thanks for the video!

Glad it worked out for you. We love our blinds.
Can these be purchased in custom sizes? I want to do this to my front door, but it’s an odd window (22” X 48”)
Check with Home Depot. That's where we bought them
