सूजी का हलवा सही माप के साथ ऐसे बनाएँगे तो एकदम मक्खन जैसा हलवा जो मुँह में घुल जाएगा :)
Preparation time - 30 minutes
Serving - 4
Ingredients:
Semolina (sooji/rava) -1 cup
Sugar -3/4 cup
Ghee -1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Milk(boiled) -2 cups
Almonds (optional)
Cashews (optional)

I tried with a bit of twist ..my mother used to add 1/4th cup of wheat atta which really used to work as a real good binding agent and it was very well bonded halwa...try it , it will have a different texture 👍
