    This is my favourite recipe now tbh. I have done them multiple times now and even used oranges instead of lemons and me and the people I make them for always like them. I really like the fact that this recipe is simple and precise enough that I could have them turn out well on my very first try. Additionally, the process baking itself is quick to so I can do everything within like 25 minutes and have quick snacks. Also I like that one can add anything one likes to them. Next time I wanna try pineapples. thanks for this video.

      I dont know as I haven’t tried it and I dont have the ingredients to try it out at the moment. I looked up their chemical composition and both mainly consist of water fat and proteins and both have those in very similar amounts.
      I think the fat and proteins found in eggs differ from those found in heavy cream so substituting one for another may have an effect on the taste but I dont know.
      I am an inexperienced amateur at this in the truest sense so really I shouldn’t make any presumptions or suggestion for that matter especially not just based on intuition.
      What I can say for sure though is that the recipe from the video is very specific and changing the amounts of things in that recipe like more flour or less sugar does change the texture and taste of the end product so I can imagine that if you were to put in eggs instead of heavy cream, you ought to make sure to add an amount of eggs equal do the amount of heavy cream in the original recipe. Otherwise the scones might turn out very dry and flaky which makes them almost inedible. Sorry for the let down but maybe ask the person who made the recipe or show this video to your local bakery and ask them for advise.

    일반 스콘은 텁텁해서 안 좋아했는데, 이건 왠지 상큼 촉촉할 것 같달까요😩 아침부터 눈호강 합니다

    방금 이 레시피로 스콘만들었는데 제 첫 스콘 베이킹이 나름 성공해서 만족하고 있어요 😊 레시피 그대로 했는데도 불구하고 쓴맛이 강했어요 ㅠㅠ 베이킹파우더를 조금 덜 넣으면 텁텁함과 씁쓸함 두가지 잡을 수 있을것같아요! 그리고 생각보다 많이 담백해서 설탕을 조금 더 넣어도 좋을것같아요 :) 좋은 레시피 감사합니다 ♥️

    Backen und Kochen soll doch ein sinnliches Vergnügen sein. Warum dann diese "sterile" und "kühle" Arbeitsweise (OP-Handschuhe, Kunststoff-Spachtel). Das wirkt leider etwas befremdlich und nicht so das ich Lust bekomme dieses Rezept auszuprobieren.
