Nahko your music is really medicine for my soul. Every time, every song, a soon as I hear your voice, I feel relief, I feel immediately calm in my entire being. No matter what situation I'm in, or what I'm going through, I turn your music on and my anxiety is lifted off of my shoulders. You raise me up. I love you for that. I thank God you're alive and I praise you for your works. I hope you see how important you are to me and ones like me, who need your messages that help then through the struggles in life. I just need a piece of land where I can build my sugar shack and peaceful watch seeds grow with my sugar bug and my sugar pie. And my sugar son. Just a piece of land for my sugar shack is that too much to ask?

I've listened to him a lot over the years, but compared to his early work up to the Hoka album, what he's doing now isn't as creative. I don't think he's as inspired as he used to be. In fact, he's not getting any more views on RUclips, and his music isn't attracting as many people because it's not as captivating as it used to be. I'll always enjoy listening to his first 3 albums with Medicine for the people :-)

I'm not saying this because of the incidents that happened to him, I've always supported him and said he was innocent. You'd have to be blind not to see that the melodies and lyrics aren't as good as they used to be. Nahko was a poet, he handled words like no one else. He was a pro at using metaphor to express painful relationship themes, as in "we are on time" or "tus pies. Here we have lyrics that any artist could write, often for the chorus he simply repeats the words "energy, energy, energy", "ok, ok ok". I find this poor compared to the beauty of what he offered before. It's the same with the melodies, which aren't very catchy any more. Anyway, as long as you like it, I'm happy for you, but don't tell me he's as talented as he used to be, because he's not. He's only selling a fraction of the number of albums he used to.

Just trying to understand this logic....so your OPINION is that he is not as creative and inspired as he used to be. Your additional opinion is that he is not getting any further views on RUclips because again, in your opinion, he isn't "as captivating as he used to be".
Are you dropping by nightly and tallying his view numbers across all of his RUclips videos and channels and then cross-referencing them to the numbers that you tallied the night prior to see if they've lessened any or remained the same? Because I feel like that would be the only way to achieve such a task in order to make such a statement.
This performance alone has garnered 1.9K views and counting in just under 12 hours thus far....so I mean,....new video....new views........kinda throws a little wrench into your assumption, doesn't it? 🤔
Moving along....calling other people "in denial" for dropping facts is pretty silly lol.....lift your head from the keyboard and take a look around...the ticket sales speak for themselves😉
Lastly,..it's quite comical that you would assume that Nahko is no longer "talented" or a "poet of words" because the wording does not match up to what it is that YOU expect to see. Is Mr. Bear on your payroll? Do you have some type of drawn contract between he and yourself that dictates if a song or wording contained therein isn't up-to-par with what YOU think it should sound like or how YOU think it should be worded, then it simply lacks "metaphor" and is therefor "not good"? Because if so, I am certain I speak for many that we would love to see it!
