Supporting Students via Scholarships

BANGALORE: City based Danish Educational Trust Bangalore distributes a sum of 1.6 crore rupees as scholarship amount 624 students studying in professional courses. This was stated by the Chairperson of the Danish Educational Trust Mrs Husna Shariff while speaking on the occasion, she said, “The scholarship amount will be enhanced it to rupees two crore next year”. She urged the youngsters to “take care of the parents and seek mercy from the Almighty at every step of your life while climbing the latter of seeking knowledge and try to take the responsibility to sponsor at least 5 students towards education once settled in life”.
On the occasion the managing director of India Builders Corporation Mrs Husna Shariff said that the most important step of life is to seek knowledge as professed by our Prophet. In light of this, it is imperative to both boys and girls to work hard and accomplish greater role in life through education.
Deputy Secretary of the Danish Educational Trust, Ayesha Shariff also stressed the need to seek knowledge in the right perspective. Chairman of India Builders Corporation also addressed the beneficiaries of scholarship. He said, “Almighty has bestowed me and our family on philanthropic activities among the needy and my entire family is into contributing their bit back to the society to please Almighty.”
The convener of the Danish Education Trust Ameen-e-Muddasir stated that the Danish Educational Trust was formed under the guidance of social activist and philanthropist Husna Shariff and ever since its formation the scholarship idea was floated to promote students seeking knowledge in Medical, Engineering, Legal and Civil Services.
Ameen further stated, “In the last 18 years Danish Educational Trust was able to channelize scholarships and most of the beneficiaries have occupied high positions and are assets to humanity. For the year 2023-24, a sum of rupees 1.6 cores worth of scholarships were distributed in an ceremonial event held at the plush club house of Diamond District on Old Airport road.
