The idea feels like its a bit much. There are games you use as references which do one or two of the things you described. And the power difference (even between a vampire trex and a kaiju) leaves a lot to be desired. I know you said humans are optional but why even play as a human or group or humans if you can get rekt by some scrub trex who just spawned in? I've had the idea of an asymetric game where one player is playing an rts kind of game while the other is playing as a powerful single unit able to wipe out entire squads. Probably in a mass battle format to keep a focus There is also the problem of being unstoppable. In dino simulators when they add sauropods noone plays them because they are too OP to be challenged by even the biggest predators (at least at a certain size). Kaijus could definitely do more fun carnage and kaiju battles to make up for that though. And maybe idk vampire dinos could take down kaijus Shadow of the Colossus style. That would be interesting to make fun for the kaiju There is also just a lot there. I think a good game could be made from some of those ideas just not all of them (scope creep)
Apparently RUclips has an AI generating potential responses for comments now. I just hit the Reply button and two blocks with prefabbed answers came up. So that'll make life interesting. But to your point, I'll freely admit this wasn't my most thoroughly thought-through idea ever. It's more just a 'hey, wouldn't it be cool if ..." sort of concept. What happened was I was watching a guy (Gaming Beaver) play Path of Titans and I had the thought 'what if there were dinosaurs in Helldivers', and then my inner 12-year-old took over and was like "hey, let's take all this cool stuff and mash it all together".
Once there's someone out there waiting for your video uploads to pounce upon them just so they can comment before I can, then I can just chill out and just talk with em

First
You haven't made it as a RUclipsr unless there's a clout-race in your comment section.
@jasonwolfe4205 indeed, I'm doing this in hopes that someone tries to stop me, thus gaining you 2 comments every video
