I've been broken up with my long distance partner of 3 years, since 2020 June, I was rejected a phone call or any communication but he is a good man at heart, but was weak in the mind. I still love him because I am loved much by God. If it had not been God's love, this capacity to love someone who lets me go would not be possible. Watching her run into darkness has been like watching a horrible death and it’s been the hardest thing I’ve ever walked through. It’s been almost a year that we haven’t talked but I still see her at work. It’s brutal. But Jesus healed the paralyzed man because his friends had the faith to tear the roof off the house to get them in front of Jesus. Praying for your friend too!

This latest one left her, found out she was pregnant and came back for all of a week before leaving again, and then when she miscarried 2 weeks later he's back again. Meanwhile, the one who breaks his back trying to make sure she's ok and has help when she needs it, who has been there for so much bad that's occurred this last year and is always honest with her even when its not easy, is left praying for her to come back around. I try my hardest to just make her smile and that's how it ends up? It sucks... Like.. the day we first met face to face I spent around 60 dollars on her just to cheer her up. Surprised her with a hoodie she wanted that was on sale that week only, then later that evening got a blouse she wanted/needed for a friend's wedding but didn't have money for, and a daily planner with Jeremiah 29:11 (her 2nd favorite verse) on the cover, just to see her smile after being dumped by her fiance early in 2020, and then 2 really cruddy relationships (about 2 weeks long each) back to back in late Fall of last year. Thats actually when she said maybe we could try things when she got herself sorted out, but every time she got close to being ok something happened to throw her off again. I even told her when it came up, I'd absolutely love to be with her, and shes the only person I've genuinely felt that with in over 5 years since my last relationship, but her friendship is more important to me and I just want to see her happy even if it's not in my arms It's really painful to watch, partly because I care about her romantically of course, but also because I hate seeing her screw herself up making the same mistakes again and being ignored when I try to warn her. When my grandfather died on Christmas this last year, she was the reason I got back in with God (I am not at all proud to say I had some very harsh drunken words with God on Christmas, cussing him out left and right as I walked up the road to sit on the church steps until I sobered up and walked home). I got back on track because I wanted to be better for her sake and be somebody she needed/somebody who deserved to be in her life. I am praying and believing for God to over turn this divorce of three years and bring my ex wife home just as he did in the book of Hosea. Please pray for this lady I know. She began working for a guy as a nanny, and he began to desire her, and he can give her things here husband cannot. Her decision seems very rash, so I am very concerned about her. Out of fairness, I do not know full story, plus her grandfather would not let her back out of the wedding at the last moment when she was having second thoughts about getting married ( in case anyone wants to know, yes, she is American and not from a family where arranged marriage is part of culture ) . She only has been working for this guy for a short couple months, and last week, spent some nights with him. So my wife is having an affair and refuses to admit it or end it. Based on this video shouldn't not divorce her? Should I let her continue to cheat and not say a word about it with the hopes that one day God will touch her heart? What if she isn't opening her heart to God?

Keep praying. My spouse was as me, in the world, before our breakup. But After slowly god show himself in our life separatly. We didn't talk during that, but some Times we add news of each other, thanks to that i knew that Jésus was working on us for his Glory.

Out of fairness, I do not know full story, plus her grandfather would not let her back out of the wedding at the last moment when she was having second thoughts about getting married ( in case anyone wants to know, yes, she is American and not from a family where arranged marriage is part of culture ) . She only has been working for this guy for a short couple months, and last week, spent some nights with him.
I just don't want her to get into something that may feel good and right now but later hate herself and fully regret what she done, especially if she is going in direction the Lord would not have her to. Since I am not God, I do not honestly know all His thoughts here and it is not my biz to know.

It doesn’t matter if she was forced into a marriage-if she’s wanting to live upright/righteously, she needs to stop that affair and repent before God-He can restore anything/everything in her life if she is submitted to Him & HIS will

So my wife is having an affair and refuses to admit it or end it. Based on this video shouldn't not divorce her? Should I let her continue to cheat and not say a word about it with the hopes that one day God will touch her heart? What if she isn't opening her heart to God?

It's ok to feel that. As human we can't fix those situation Alone. Only god Can restore our heart, forgot and get us on the right way. Pray for that. Don't let the ennemy show you those pictures and thinking. Stay close to God. He will give you his peace even in this Darkness. Your spouse is not herself in this action.
Sorry for my english i am french. Testimonies of couple restoration even after infidelity and divorce show us that keep faith and pray ils the only way. No matter what happened. Jésus is with us. I know God is up there and doing something but everytime I cry out and pray, I dont feel his presence at all. I beg him for help and guidance and get nothing. I beg him to reveal the whole truth of what she is doing to me and get nothing. I beg him to help me realize what HE wants me to focus on in this time and why I'm going through this and get nothing. I dont hear or feel him at all. All I feel is depressed

Keep praying. My spouse was as me, in the world, before our breakup. But After slowly god show himself in our life separatly. We didn't talk during that, but some Times we add news of each other, thanks to that i knew that Jésus was working on us for his Glory.

My wife and I have been a live in home seperation situation until this week,she started staying with our second oldest daughter and our daughter's boyfriend at their new apartment,we have 5 kids(4 daughters and a son)and 2 grandchildren(from our oldest daughter)living in Scranton Pennsylvania
My wife and I have been together since late High School 16 and 18yrs old(28yrs together,21yrs married),I've been a father since I was 19,and she was 17,I watched how her friends boyfriends all left the girls after getting them pregnant and I thought the right thing to do by God was be a man and not abandon her or our daughter,so I told her that day she asked if I was going to leave her,"No... let's make a go at this,we can do this" and here I am 28yrs later,her telling me "I feel like I wasted my life,I've been your wife and a mom,I wanna be be now" forgetting I was right there with her since I was 19,but I don't feel like it was a waste,we raised a family,there's nothing more sacrificing than that and had many great years of memories and experiences with my family... thats a gift.. not a waste
For the moment we are not together. I Know that he love me. He Know that i love him but he try again to do things his way without god. He is not seeing it. That's ok. I Know that Time is in our favor. God is preparing us to a godly mariage and not just reconciliation to came back to the past.
A long love story as yours is easy for god to restore. You twoo are One flesh, in spirit but in émotions too. Don't let the ennemy make toi thing that you are separate. We walk by faith, not by see. Because important thing are invisible as your connexion. Pray god for her. It mean you are praying as her place, because you are One flesh. Ask good to show you where you miss him in your life. More your are close to him and repent more she will be close to him too.

@@JandPurple exactly,I too want a new marriage with my wife built on the foundation of God and love,I got that feeling today that all of a sudden she's going to realize the grass isn't greener and will all of a sudden remember ALL the good memories and times we had(instead of only negative) and she'll miss me again and wake from this,in God's time 😌
