It’s a geographical identity a term for whole subcontinent of india. So basically all Pakistani nationals are Indians

Cos in the western part of the world like Europe and Us,people consider Pakistani,indian and Bangladeshi as the same people ethnically and geographically even though it's not the case.But slowly,because of the fast access to the internet and medias today,people in the west are finally starting to be aware of it..mostly the young ones.

Your Ethnicity is the same, if you are from anywhere in South Asia. Plus in the USA or Europe, the Indian community has the largest population among all South Asian communities. The boundaries kinda get blurred if you are staying outside South Asia.
