Salad 🥗
- Sweet kale salad kit from Costco
- Rotisserie Chicken from Costco
- Sweet potato’s (chopped, drizzled in olive oil and season salt, air fry for 10 min or until soft)
- Bagged frozen rice/quinoa from Trader Joe’s
Overnight Protein Oats
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- Protein Powder (I used care/of chocolate weigh)
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup milk (I used unsweetened almond)
- ¼ cup non-fat greek yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoon blue agave nectar
Add all ingredients to a mason jar. Shake. Leave in fridge for 4+ hours. Top with berries, pb, coconut flakes, chocolate chips etc. I eat these cold but you could warm them up.
Protein Chia Pudding
- 4 cups milk (I used almond)
- 8 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp blue agave nectar
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
Add all ingredients to a mason jar. Shake. Leave in fridge for 4+ hours. Top with berries, pb, coconut flakes, chocolate chips etc.
Cucumbers
- 1 Chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp chili crunch (Trader Joe’s has a good one)
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- Pinch of salt
Sweet Potato’s
- Chopped, drizzled in olive oil and season salt, air fry for 10 min or until soft

You know that when cutting veggies and fruit ahead of time you lose most of the nutrients inside it... I understand meal prepping when it has to do with carbs and meat, even oats... But fruit and veggies is better to cut when you actually are going to eat it
