I’m Japanese American from Hawaii and have a home church in Hawaii called Wildfire of God International. We are praying for a home church in Kyoto and will start from the ground up.
Amen to that, I will be traveling to Japan this may with a Japanese brother and we will be visiting his church in Tokyo and hoping to see if Christianity can grow!

I felt it 7 months ago, a calling for salvation in Japan, after I went for 3 months, I was sure God was calling me, he moved me through the "shy" people of Japan with love, introduced me to many people. The Love of God is moving

I'm currently having a similar experience, I'm feeling very strongly that there is a ministry or some form of work that God needs me to do there, currently praying about it and also doing some prep if it is the case (Learning Japanese, getting familiar with the culture, etc) I can't quite go yet though, I do wish I could. Not old enough to fly solo :/
I started spreading the Gospel in Osaka and Wakayama Japan and throughout Japan, and China in 2010. And have been witnessing for Christ starting in 1993 in Hong Kong and Indonesia.

I really hope so. I’m a Christian in Japan and most of the congestion’s are not just small but really old. My kids are literally the only ones in the entire church. I pray many find faith and meaning through our lord Jesus Christ.
A few years ago I woke up from a dream. The dream I was having was that I was doing bible study with some Japanese men in Japan.
Please work to make that dream come true.

In 1997 i was sent to Japan for a symposium. Those moments in Fukuoka changed my life forever. I have been educating myself on japan her people culture n arts. I am daily interceding for the wonderful friends i met in japan n also for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit into the cities villages n hamlets. My prayers are for the nation of japan n i believe that the Lord has great plans for this wonderful country. The Lord has x forgotten the precious people of Japan. Please pray for Japan. "Jesus" means "Jehovah is salvation". This is the name of Christ real christians are hated for.
"HalleluJah" means "Praze Jah" (Jehovah).
Psalm 83: 18: "That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth."
The problem is Devil runs the world. He is lier and murderer. That's why we've got the Gospel about the God's kingdom.
Jehovah would put everything in order. The dead will be resurected and we'll meet our beloved ones again! :-)

I have a Japanese friend I made here in the past year I have been praying for.
We were listening to your testimony and so encouraged by your faith. We are Singaporean
For people who were previously Atheist but have become open to the idea of God it is overwhelming trying to figure out which church or group to join. Is it best to build a foundation on your own through self study before joining a church?
You could decide based on the answers to these questions.
To whom did Christ give the keys to the kingdom? Who did He ask three times to take care of His sheep? Who was the rock that Christ said His church would be built on? Who continues that legacy to this day?
Along with this, which church was every Christian until the great schism of 1054 part of and taught the doctrines of?
Sorry for the questions, I don't mean to be condescending hehe. But if you do want to do research about which one is correct, you should consider looking at church history.
Pray to God and trust that he will guide you. He is faithful to meet your need for a community to fellowship with. He will lead you ❤ I will pray for you also 🙏🏽
@@victoriaogunfowokan3120 I agree. I found the church my Lord want me to be rooted on because He lead me. Best is to pray rather than depend on your study, but you can also study and prayer asking for wisdom and knowledge so you’ll know without doubting God want you to be there
My two cents in addition to the comments above, do not neglect your time with God, specially in the gospels in your early walk. It is definitely wise to continually grow and see what a biblical church community looks like as your discern by the spirit where God will lead you. Be well. Shalom from New York.
I just shortened this but saying the same thing: Your question is very wise! Knowing what God says by studying his book is an excellent way to be able to recognize if a fellowship is biblical or not. Prayer, study, & fellowship are all 3 very important. A fellowship that keeps these 3 things would be desirable as well as if they live out what they are studying & keep the focus on Jesus.
In these times, as well as the past, there is much false teaching. An excellent teacher online is Dave Hunt of the Berean Call. He loves the Lord & helps us to not fall into the traps. He is also an excellent historian & can show you clearly how we can be confident that what God says is true & that there are so many bible proofs.

Catholic Christian is not biblical brother. Followers of Christ follow the scripture NOT a religious denomination. Catholicism is a doctrine and very different from the Bible scripture as written. We pray the Japanese people come to salvation and are able to share their unique gifts.
@@bereanborn888 the Catholic church formed the canon of the Bible. The Catholic church is the One True Holy and Apostolic Church that Christ founded. We are the most biblical church, our liturgy is filled with scripture.

I heard outside of Missionaries to Japan from the 17th Century to the 19th century Many Japanese Brazilians brought Catholism to Japan as returning Japanese in the 1980s and the Russian immigrants brought Orthadoxy to Hakodate Hokkaido Japan in the 19th century as well as The Dutch established the Catholic Church of Nagasaki.

Sometimes the only way to find the narrow way and the single door to life that is discipleship with Jesus is in the "Valley of Achor" Hosea 2v15.... As a Pastor in New Zealand I pray constantly for Japan and for Korea as well as the Philipinnes where I often minister. Japan is famous for technology and the modern world.. a delusion of course that science and machines can provide life. It may be that God has to first bring intense trial ( Achor means serious tribulation) that causes Japan to lose the ability to believe in the man made promises before they will be able to see Jesus standing there with his hand out saying "Come, follow me out of here" . I love Japanese people and long for thier Salvation, but I pray that the Lord will be just as tough as he has to be to save them so that the salvation is permanent not ear tickling. Lord, be jealous for your Shem in Japan. Lord dont just protect your remnant, demand what you paid for and recover your japanese bride fully amen. @@bw2442 Yes, there is nothing impossible for God. That's not the issue. The issue saying that "a REVIVAL has STARTED in Japan." That is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. The Japanese church like it's American counterpart is suffering from the spiritual malaise of a truncated "GOSPEL." "God has a wonderful plan for your life!" "Jesus just loves you and wants to fill the emptiness of your heart..." ad naseum. That is not the biblical GOSPEL.

There have been many called to Japan now for the coming revival. Do some research. I understand you about the laodicean American church but our Son is there and our Father is not bringing him home. Fellowship is sparse but God will make a last call to Japan…it may take a disaster for that to happen but nothing is impossible for Jesus.
Pray for Japan and in keeping with H-s Word all things are possible with G-d! Praying for precious Japanese people!
