Dahlia was my favorite, but I loved how you restored each doll! Love their fashions at the end. ❤ I appreciate how you go through several possible body matches too!
Thank you so much for your comment and compliment 😃❣️🥰 I think a lot of these heads are still around. Second hand or just from China. Sometimes the og body is in very bad condition and I like to show that these can also be a great addition for collectors together with new bodies 😁
These colorful outfits work well with the fantasy hair and the cute faces of the dolls. Fairytopia doll heads really should be used by Mattel more often. Such a pretty mold.
Thank you 🥰 I totally agree! These faces are so cute... Mattel really should do new releases with them. I am extremely sure people would love that! Kids and adult collectors equally 😆
I love the Elina face mould. I actually collect Fairytopia. The red hair looks fantastic on a made to move body. The outfits are great on the two last girls. The batgirl is fun :)
Thank you so much for your comment 🥰❤️😘 I really think that even older Barbie heads can look great on the mtm. Often, it is like a second chance for them and a renewal at once 😁
Hello again, I was finally able to comment and watch the video in one go. Since I like these retro heads, although I am more classic and I like to have them with their original bodies and outfits, I love your videos, it is very refreshing to see them so modern and although I love dandelion, I have to admit that Dalia is my Favorite, although I have not been able to comment, I have seen your latest videos and I want to thank you, they are very informative, especially on topics that are not widely commented on.
The Fairytopia line is very special to many people. And I think how Mattel produced these dolls nearly 20 years ago was amazing! Beautiful boxes and character design. That's why I would rather buy only a head on Aliexpress instead of taking apart a complete doll 😅... To me, it is important that a Barbie has more than 5 points of articulation and now I can enjoy these girls without destroying those beautiful faeries and their original design😁 I am very happy that you enjoy my videos 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you so much for your comment 😘
@@Endollphins any that I've come across with glue heads had at least minor seepage, sadly. I stay away from them, even to re-root, because something about that glue feels especially toxic to me.
I don't have proof for that, but I think the main problem is that the glue they used contains acetone. That would explain why hair accessories kinda melt and shrink over time on dolls that are still in box. I mean, some plastic shrinks anyway... but the accessories are getting soft and they disintegrate very weirdly. But I could be totally wrong. Mattel will never let us know what the glue contains. I totally understand that you like to stay away from them. But I am simply too tempted and curious. So far, all the fixed dolls in my collection did not seep out again, even not after years. But still, you are right! We can not know how toxic the glue is.
I like this scene when a new child comes and cleans his head ^^ The feeling of becoming something new? 😊 This head is really old. I'm looking forward to seeing how it will change. 😊❤
Oh, I know exactly what you mean 😬 I still prefer basement smell over cigarette smell though 🤣 Usually it's easier to wash off. At least with these here, the smell was gone after washing them. I hope you'll find the time to fix your Facebook find! I am sure after a good cleaning, all the dolls will be a great addition to your collection 😀

They turned out so beautiful! I love the way you styled them. Dandelion is my favorite!
That is very nice to read 🥰🥰🥰
Thank you so much for your comment and compliment 😘
Great job cleaning up the doll heads and styling the dolls. This was a fun video.
Thank you so much for the compliment 😃❤️😘

So cute! The orange hair girly gives me y2k vibes.
Yes, for sure❣️
Thank you so much for your comment 😁
Mattel used glue in the heads from around 2006-2016.
Oh ok, that is good to know 😁
But glue seepage is not a problem for all of them, right? Or is it? 😱

There is not so much change... only a lot of cleaning 😁
As always, thank you so much for your comment 😘
I recently got a batch of Barbie off Facebook marketplace and they smell musty like they have been in someone’s basement
