I hope I'm not sounding ugly, but so far EVERY one of these Mechanism Videos only debut the mechanisms underwater. Its the one's on the surface that I can't make work. And THAT is the information, at least, I'm looking for, and pretty sure I'm not the only player getting frustrated by these out of water puzzles that can't be manipulated.
Does it require specific characters, or do you have to submerge the area to make the Eliphas Beams POINT at the lifting columns and their mirrors in order to do the puzzles? I would appreciate it if any one of these would actually explain this.
