Guest artist Rolando Villazón, with The Tabernacle Choir, Orchestra at Temple Square, and Bells on Temple Square, perform the French carol, "Angels from the Realms of Glory," arranged by Mack Wilberg.
Lyrics:
Angels from the realms of glory,
Wing your flight o’er all the earth;
Ye who sang Creation’s story
Now proclaim Messiah’s birth!
Gloria, in excelsis Deo,
Gloria, in excelsis Deo.
Shepherds, in the field abiding,
Watching o’er your flocks by night;
God with man is now residing,
Yonder shines the Infant Light.
Sages leave your contemplations:
Brighter visions beam a-far.
Seek the Great Desire of Nations:
Ye have seen His natal star.
Saints, before the altar bending,
Watching long in hope and fear:
Suddenly the Lord descending,
In His temple shall appear.
Though an infant now we view Him,
He shall fill His Father’s throne.
Gather all the nations to Him;
Ev’ry knee shall then bow down.

I wish I could sing once that song with that great choir. So powerful. Thanks to GOD for that gift to listen and to hear and to sing. Amen
Beautiful Tenor voice!
This is one amazing choir along with a great tenor singing voice that Rolando did an amazing job of doing in this piece. I like the way he did his high B flat ending.
Woah!!!!!!! This choir is absolutely amazing!!!!! Geesshhh
Not only is the choir amazing but we got the great sound of Rolando Villazon too.
Ángeles que bajan del cielo a endulzar el mundo con sus bellas voces.
WONDERFUL
Best version I have ever heard and the visuals are stunning.
Beautifull, Absolutely Beautifull.
Beautiful
Wonderful and timeless.
yeah i like it!
Espectacularmente bello.
Nice. But not the Angels from the Realms of Glory I expected
I noticed that The Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square use the tune GLORIA (Angels We Have Heard on High) for Angels from the Realms of Glory versus the more commonly-used tune REGENT SQUARE. Why is that?
