so i got my lifan x-pect today and ive never ridden a motorcycle before. FIRST thing i did was start it up in first gear instead of neutral and i fell on my ass and bent the gear shifter up. definitely get that honda gear shifter.
thanks for this video..so i contact lifan for web link to accessories for the xpect, and they responded they don't have any accessories for the bike..go figure...would love for you to follow up with a video of other parts that will work with the bike..

The Chinese bikes have been really good to me so far, however I will be honest with you, if you can afford a TW200 or a XT250, I've had several of each over the years and they are FANTASTIC bikes and I'd encourage you to get one of those if it's in your budget just because they are SO nice.
I have the 2020 Xpect and I want a smaller rear sprocket but I can't find it on Amazon or eBay. Can anyone please provide me with the source for the correct sprocket in 41-42 tooth. Thanks guys

I used a 24mm wrench to bend the oem shifter back.
I'll also put a LED light in there.
I did the headlight switch as recommended... Major difference! Highly recommend!
the TUSK Folding Shift Lever Black/Blue Tip for Yamaha YZ250 1996-1998 fits better. I try both of them. Thanks

Great video and advice. Would you happen to know if the same shift lever would fit on the CSC TT250 bike? They seem very similar in design.
Amazon has a great return policy. Buy it and return if it does fit.

Would that shifter fit a kpm200?
I also have a KPM-200, it uses a different shifter design and it will not work.
