Thanks your video gave me the information I needed without hearing someone’s life story it answered all of my questions to repair my car thanks you. Ed Tennessee
I’m getting misfire under load all on bank 2 misfire codes for cylinders 5,6,7 and 8 I think an injector might be leaking or fuel pressure is bleeding off for whatever reason, if you leave the car for 5 minutes it’s a hard start (extended crank 10-15 seconds) but if you turn it off and back on quickly it starts right up. I’m gonna test fuel pressure than swap injectors from one side to the other and see if the problem goes to the other bank. If not maybe throw a fuel filter and pump at it? Idk
Do not use anti-seize on BMW motors. Eventually, you will regret it after multiple wrong torque and thread damage. Also, do not apply the grease to the coil boots, apply the grease to only the ceramic of each plug to avoid grease possibly getting on the metal tips of plugs upon insertion. If you're still getting misfires after coils, plugs, and sensor replacements, and vacuum/pcv hose system replacement - then your intake hose orange seal at the turbo inlet point is leaking severely and you need to replace the orange seals. And if you still get misfires or limp mode after this, then replace your diverter valves and if this doesn't fix it, then replace the turbos.
how did you determine it was 7? was there a code? my its same model, same engine etc same thing happens to me under load i get no Code dough i know you can look at the Plugs and determine by Deposit you see on Plug however how accurate would that Be?
@@BA-ue8lh you get what U pay 4 is just a saying! Got ISTA+ Free Best Software For BMW 👍 anyways i found the problem Smoking the System! Turbo Charge Cut Off Valve Was Cracked! replaced it just to Find MAP (intercooler) damaged as well not sure if replacing the valve did it but got that code right after!! replaced sensor and car went back to Normal 🤙
We have 2011 BMW F01 750i. Blue smoke, excersive shaking and no power. Lots of errors on the screen. Drive Train, transmission. It moves but very slow. No power
Bottom line: When buying a large dog, they will increase your food bill by double (to a small dog). This vehicle is cut from the same cloth. 10 gallons oil...etc. When one enters the world of BMW, 750 there will be issues. You have two choices. Dealer/mechanic or yourself. Learning curve, yes. Buying tools, yes. Investment of time, a lot. Take away....you have a much better understanding as what you put you money into and you learn something that you never did before. Check the fuel injectors and the seals
Hi, do you have any diagrams of engine connection/wiring? I can't find anything on google...
Thank you.
You are not suppose to use anti sieze on plugs
I know right 🤣
I wouldn't want to be the next guy trying to take them out.

And if that doesn't fix it, replace the car. 👍

You can get an obd2 code reader online. There are a few bmw specific; like anything, you get what you pay for. Good luck.

Did you check for codes?
so if there is cylinder misfire happens and drive train malfunction shows , changing the spark plugs might fix the issue ?
