Piece of advice when using the mothership: it's always better to target fire on the ground than give it an attack order. If the enemy sells all their buildings in the area to avoid the catalytic effect when the mothership fires, if it's still alive at the time it fires, it'll at least kill all the units in the area shooting at it - which will still be vulnerable to the catalytic effect. Other than that, the mothership won't have it's movement or attack interrupted by the opponent selling or destroying the building/unit that the mothership is trying to attack resulting in a much higher success rate of firing its attack.
I tough it was multiplayer but in the end I saw it was a cpu. You can fire ground with mothership you know. It’s often more destructive than waiting for it to move over building
