    Neutron is not without polarity. It is balanced polarity. It attracts as much as it repels. That is why its electrons require an interaction for escape velocity for even the slightest change.

      Are u mad, neutrons don't have net charge, that's why they are non polar.

    You can disprove that Theory with ~ 6,50$.
    One cheap Laser.
    Two Razorblades, which you arrange to a single slit.
    Then use the Laser beaming onto that slit, and turn the blades degree by degree unti ~ 50-70°, and then you will see there is no change at all of the diffraction Pattern, which should appear, if it would be a "edge-phanomenon".
