It’s sounds like the song is about a failing relationship, and the girl is trying to keep the relationship together (casting a spell). Even though she knows it may not work out. I'll admit that I've done my 'research' regarding Mikami's past professional material. It is interesting to me that she has chosen to debut in the Korean music industry as it is very different from the Japanese industry, despite its many similarities, such as idol groups. She started her career as a pop idol in SKE48, so this is somewhat familiar ground for her. I read that this group and the MV production was funded entirely out of Mikami's own pocket. Which I think is commendable, as it shows that this was something of a passion project. In regards to Mikami's JAV idol history I think it is absolutely fine for anyone to mention it here. It is (or was) her profession after all. Actively telling others not to talk about it is immature. Either say something about it or don't. No need to make a fuss about it. Nobody needs to see another "omg stop mentioning the porn! They're trying to leave that image behind!" comment. I don't recall reading anywhere that these idols are trying to ditch their JAV idol image. It is what it is. It's a defining detail about the group that the members were/are JAV idols. That's that. Hollywood is infested with sex from Game of Thrones to shows featuring high schoolers like Riverdale (Which I personally love). They are not okay with these activities, so don't try to make it sound like they are okay with it. Can they show up in the tv shows after drunken drivings and so forth, yeah, its not illegal. But note that there were (and are) lots of criticisms for their actions. And you are missing the mark... if your example is an actress who did sex scenes still doing movies and shows, than there are plenty of Korean actresses who done sex scenes and still show up in shows (yes, even shows that kids watch). Adult film isn't illegal in many countries, but it is still sensitive issue in Korea (as you can see).
Galois Theorem I'm not saying they're okay with it, no one is, but for Korean celebrities, its too common an occurrence to see criminals get off with a mere probation, something Koreans themselves complain about. That's just an issue that will take time to be solved, but there is still too much focus on people who don't harm anyone. I can understand that adult movies are a sensitive issue, but if we're arguing morality, isn't it more humane to let someone be happy in achieving their dream? As I've mentioned, there are way more sources that kids can stumble upon that will lead them to porn sites, pop ups for example or stupid click bait ads. You have to talk to your child though and educate them before they start getting the wrong information from the wrong sources. Also, things like sex, smoking, drunk driving are in every country, so there's already an infestation of those things. You can definitely make the argument though that Western shows portray sex far more often than Asian shows do. Either way, I'm not ignoring that sex is a sensitive topic in Asian countries, and that in itself is not an issue. The issue comes when you show hate towards another human being who merely wants to fulfill their dreams, the issues that people are concerned about can be helped through communication and education.

EDIT: I also think it could be about an unrequited love (from the girl to another person). I think the person may be aware of her feelings, but not accept them. So she’s trying to convince that person to fall in love with her.

tbh i expected it to be a low budget mv but this is ACTUALLY good. The styling,colors,production,vibes are better than some kpop ggs. So I've been following Mikami for around two years now as a fan. I'll admit that I've done my 'research' regarding Mikami's past professional material. It is interesting to me that she has chosen to debut in the Korean music industry as it is very different from the Japanese industry, despite its many similarities, such as idol groups. She started her career as a pop idol in SKE48, so this is somewhat familiar ground for her.
I read that this group and the MV production was funded entirely out of Mikami's own pocket. Which I think is commendable, as it shows that this was something of a passion project.
In regards to Mikami's JAV idol history I think it is absolutely fine for anyone to mention it here. It is (or was) her profession after all. Actively telling others not to talk about it is immature. Either say something about it or don't. No need to make a fuss about it. Nobody needs to see another "omg stop mentioning the porn! They're trying to leave that image behind!" comment. I don't recall reading anywhere that these idols are trying to ditch their JAV idol image. It is what it is. It's a defining detail about the group that the members were/are JAV idols. That's that.
However, shaming them is not right. People who want to rant about it can, I'm not gonna stop you. But you'll look like an ass if you do. Express your opinion if you will, but please be sensible.

I read an article about Japanese AV's stars forming a kpop group but I honestly forgot about it lol and today I decided to click this video because it was new and I watched through the entire thing enjoying myself. It was catchy and cute and then I decided to rewatch it while scrolling through the comments to find out they're the JAV. And you know what I have to say about this. Being a kpop idol is not easy, they worked hard to debut and obviously the company that decided to release this thought that they worked hard and deserve to have a shot at the kpop industry too. "They're tainting the kpop name" seriously? Let me remind you that there were previous kpop stars who have done worst thing than being a pornstar and I bet you that you're supporting them because they're your "oppas" and "noonas". Hollywood is infested with sex from Game of Thrones to shows featuring high schoolers like Riverdale (Which I personally love). How about the rest of the Hollywood actresses that pose for Playboy or produce any sort of content that is sexual?
The Korean industry is already running rampant with repeat drunk drivers, rapists, and abusers. Some stars take their own lives and try to send messages through their deaths of the corruption that is rotting the industry, but here we are demeaning 3 girls who are pursuing their passions without hurting anyone, focusing on the wrong thing. The fact that people who commit terrible crimes are only let off with a mere probation creates a far more negative impression of the country (as it seems many Koreans are worried about) than 3 singers doing porn does.
If they really did this with their own money though, then clearly, they're already successful if they could afford all the expenses that went into this video and the song, so I suppose we can sit here and complain and throw our views while they sit and count their money.

And you are missing the mark... if your example is an actress who did sex scenes still doing movies and shows, than there are plenty of Korean actresses who done sex scenes and still show up in shows (yes, even shows that kids watch).
Adult film isn't illegal in many countries, but it is still sensitive issue in Korea (as you can see).

I'm not saying they're okay with it, no one is, but for Korean celebrities, its too common an occurrence to see criminals get off with a mere probation, something Koreans themselves complain about. That's just an issue that will take time to be solved, but there is still too much focus on people who don't harm anyone.
I can understand that adult movies are a sensitive issue, but if we're arguing morality, isn't it more humane to let someone be happy in achieving their dream? As I've mentioned, there are way more sources that kids can stumble upon that will lead them to porn sites, pop ups for example or stupid click bait ads. You have to talk to your child though and educate them before they start getting the wrong information from the wrong sources.
Also, things like sex, smoking, drunk driving are in every country, so there's already an infestation of those things. You can definitely make the argument though that Western shows portray sex far more often than Asian shows do.
Either way, I'm not ignoring that sex is a sensitive topic in Asian countries, and that in itself is not an issue. The issue comes when you show hate towards another human being who merely wants to fulfill their dreams, the issues that people are concerned about can be helped through communication and education.
