With soaps and body washes, i use a loofa!
With a towel after done showering, i only dab my whole entire body to make my skin more hydrated and thirsty instead of making my skin dehydrated while wiping with a towel.
With toothpaste, i use HELLO and brush my teeth with a little amount, i scrape my tongue, spit it out and then i use REXALL’s Blue Mint Antiseptic Mouthwash to clean my whole entire mouth on the inside.
Toilet part.. i fold the toilet paper, wipe, pull my pants back up, and flush after shutting the lid and then wash my hands with warm water and hand soap. 💜
Front wipe back wipe with toilet paper. 2nd step, front wipe back wipe with baby wipes. And I am confident I'm clean until the next shower.
The baby wipe to make sure your clean is the way to go it weirds me out when people don’t have baby wipes in their bathroom like no way the toilet paper got your bum all the way clean

Yooo me and Alex is the same person all the way thru !!!! I honestly thought I was the only one who whipped like that 😂😂
If you have dandruff or oily scalp you should separate your hair in two sections the lower part of your hair shampoo it first then wash it off then do the same the upper part of you hair especially if you have long hair, and you should wait until your hair is dry to put the conditions on it and wait 1-5 minutes befire washing off, you should always exfoliate your skin with the lofa take the shower gel and put it on the local then scrub your body, and you should wash your bellybutton and never dry your hair with a towel especially if you have curly/wavy hair, but you can squeeze the water out of your hair, you should put moisturiser/shaving cream on your facial hair before shaving it, and exfoliate your body and leave the foam of the soap on your body before shaving the body hair, and shave the opposite direction of your hair like how alex shaved, don't wet your toothbrush the harder the toothbrush the better to take off the bacteria, I personally think you start by brushing the front because the toothpaste is stronger when you start so the front will be the cleanest, and scrap your tongue everyday in the morning,(whoever reads this whole thing you deserve a golden heart)

You guys need to use loofas it collects any dirt and way more efficient than using your hands 😭 And for your privates have an extra loofa or rag since it's dirtier there. LOVE U GUYS

for showering you always start with your hair and down. because if you wash your body first and then wash your hair all the dirty from your hair goes to your body again which is pointless. for brushing Alex's gums bleeding meaning your not brush under your gums and you are probably not flossing, since he has veneers he needs to take care of it more. I was hairstylist ( still just don't work at a salon anymore)and I work in the dental field as an RDA. hope this helps..aka funny ass video tho
