Happy Egg Co. is a great one for good, extremely orange egg yolks. It’s my understanding that the yolk color is dependent on diet. Most chickens are fed a vegetarian diet (I assume corn) and are caged or confined, generating yellow yolks. “Pasture raised” chickens live outside and eat a substantial amount of insects, which yields dark yolks. In the winter, they typically need corn so they don’t starve and the yolk color gets lighter at that time
Interesting ! I’ve seen the difference between the cheaper eggs in the more expensive eggs. The yolk color.
@@MrBusy777 I’ve tried a ton of egg brand, many of the expensive ones, and it’s really common that even the expensive “organic” or “free range” are still that lame pale yellow. I’ve found that the rich dark yolks are almost entirely dependent on the chicken being “pasture raised” as those are the chickens that are the least confined and spend the most time outdoors eating bugs
Hell yeah Nick walker got me on those. They are absolutely delicious compared to ur cheap ass white eggs that have the chickens caged up, stressed asf raising their cortisol which in turn leads to a egg with less nutrients compared to these organic free range chickens that are actually enjoying life producing AMAZING eggs for us 🙏 just like when you get some eggs from a farm or local person with land, they taste and look so amazing man
I love good eggs, cheap eggs are still good but I swear free range from an actual farm are amazing.

I did some local contest and wanted to get into it hardcore and become a pro back in the mid 90’s and started losing to many people around around me and I wasn’t willing to risk the lifestyle as much as I loved doing. The risk didn’t out do my idea of making a career out of it. So it just became a hobby and do regular jobs for my life 👍🏻
I dont think there’s anything that makes me want to order a takeaway as much as any podcast with fouad on it. Now im watching james eat on camera its a done deal

I'm a fellow Canadian Fouad. Countless English mates I've made while living and working abroad for 6 years + travelling.
They're all like this 😂 irrationally proud of their food despite it being world renowned for it's mediocrity.
They've got some points: their chocolate is better than in North America, and a Sunday roast, full English breakfast, and various pub foods are delicious. But not exactly the cutting edge of culinary expression lol.
Don't tell that to an Englishman though! They'll argue till they're blue in the face about how everything is better in England (except the weather). We love them regardless though
British food is definitely not the best, but it is underrated. Classics worth trying include:
Fish and Chips
Roast Dinner
Bangers and Mash
Pie and Mash
Cornish Pasty
Cooked English Breakfast
That doesn't even get to the desserts, which are ridiculously good.
I do get what Fouad is saying, if you're in Italy or Spain you can find high quality versions of their cuisine all over. The issue in UK is finding good versions of those. Only decent pubs serve good versions of those or peoples mums/grannies 😂

I do think James is correct…I feel like this year or next the judges are gonna make a swing toward the taller guys’ physiques. So the Andrew’s and Samsons of the world are gonna start taking those titles and the shorter, stubbier guys are gonna have to take a backseat at some point. I am wondering if you & everyone on your next show can give a breakdown of peptides and all your opinions on them. Do they really help that much as people claim? Specifically PDA for growth and recovery if you could? I never have heard your opinions on it.

Fouad, an idea. Have you watched any episodes of “Fuck that’s delicious”, the food show with Action Bronson? It’s had a legendary status for years now. Think it would be great if you and the guys did some restaurant episodes like that. For the amount of views cooking videos get (e.g. your own videos), imagine what a well produced video visiting a restaurant, shooting the shit and eating and talking about food, would get. Already with Paul and the whole ribs and soup thing, the stage is all set for something like this!

I also grew up with "english food" being bad. but on a study trip with work, we stayed in homes with church people, and we got church - food after services. and they put on so much good food i never had before. So if you get old school english food made by sincesere moms and grandmoms, it might be the best in the world.
