Headpiece Tutorial | Step by Step and Design Ideas

Complete tutorial with Ellinor on how to make your own headpiece!
Tools used:
- Scissors
- Pliers
- Marker pen
- Measuring tape
- Glue gun (The hotter the better)
- Textile glue
- Long pins
- Exacto knife
- Small clamps
- Needle file
Materials used:

- Elastic band
- Hair comb slides, preferably all metal: www.amazon.co.uk/Frcolor-12pc...
- Foam material ca 5-7 mm thick
- BBQ sticks
- Spray paint. We used Liquitex gold: www.liquitex.com/us/products/...
- Fake flowers
- Feathers (Guinea fowl and pheasant from a neighbour)
- Acrylic crystals in different sizes, shapes and colors
- Beads
- Cotton wool
- Thin leather or felt

Too much hot glue is always better than too little! This is the perfect maker advice. Goes for everything :-)

Thank you for the tutorial. I don't like to use hot glue, at the moment I am trying to make smaller 1860 style headpieces with flowers and I am using brown paper flower shop scotch and wires. But I may try glue with bigger enormous modern headpieces or fantasy ones. Nice pieces 🥰😍
