Can you disconnect the battery, while having it stationary on the cord? I have seen that it is easy accessible, but not if it will get powered if the battery is disconnected?
Any idea on how this compares to a Sonos Move 2? I have the Move 2 and it's fine, but I don't have an iPhone and the Sonos doesn't have Chromecast, so I can't do multiroom with move 2 and my other Chromecast devices/speakers. I use this speaker to move between bedroom, kitchen and deck.
I have only tried the Move 1 but I imagine they are very similar, in which case I personally prefer the JBL anyway, even if it didnt have the added extra Chromecast. The bass is deeper and the sound is more rich.
Would you say that it sounds good at low volumes?
I love how the speaker looks and the fact that it offers wifi capability. However, I've seen multiple people saying that it's not great when listened to at below 50% volume. I'm mostly looking for a great sounding home speaker.
Not sure what they are comparing it to, to say it sounds bad at low volumes. It my testing this is a great daily home speaker and sounds great at all volumes.

I unfortunately live in an area where it is impossible to go and listen to these speakers, so I'm relying on reviews, and some are saying that the mids are not as clear due to heavy bass 🤷🏼♀️
Anyhow, I'm not sure what would be a better buy at this price.
You also mention that authentics 200 might be a better buy. How does it compare to 300 in terms of sound? I'm still deciding whether having a built-in battery is a must for me.
@@veramarsova4930 I found the 200 and 300 very similar in sound quality, bass and volume when listening casually. The 200 has the advantage of being mains powered so can produce more RMS power than a battery could.

Does it play music via wifi (not Bluetooth) ?
Extreme 4 is not out yet in the UK. When it comes I will review and let you know.
And yes it can stream by WiFi and Bluetooth
@@HammoTechReviews okay, I don't even want to turn-on my x600 to compare:))) it's easy win for x4 .. clean and warm ! I will try jbl a300 side by side and i would keep one of them.
One question i have ! Can you realize any weakness in sound when a300 battery is lower than 50%-60% ?
And how many hours does it work on battery (volume 60-70)?

This 100% smokes the aura 3 in everything, including bass
What about the battery life , will it last for exact 8 hours ?
At 50% volume yes. At 100% it will probably last more like 4-5 hours
@@HammoTechReviews Thank you so much . I have noticed the similar things like my volume was 50-65 % and i got 7h+ and besides , if i listen song while charging, will that hamper battery life or i should play through battery?
And overall will it be a wise decision to have this one for long time ? What do you think ?
@@afransabab5385 I think it should be fine to use while charging. It would probably even make the sound louder 😁
@@HammoTechReviews one more question, i have noticed that after listening music when switched off then couple hours later when i play music noticing that battery goes down for instance in two days i played songs overall 2 hours with 50% but battery went to half . Is it normal ? Or i need to change?
@@afransabab5385 yea it probably still drains the battery a little while on standby. You can change that in the app settings
It supports Napster?!? But not Apple music or Spotify?!? Wow!! That makes no sense at all.
