I love watching your pod casts and truly the only one i watch, i love the interaction you all have with each other, but today Sunday 18th Feb, was sitting down to watch Missouri star Triple play , OMG OMG OMG so excited, the first one up, Jennys Quilt used Strawberry Lemonade, I haven't even finished watching it, but I had to tell you how excited I was to see it in all it's glory from another fave of mine. Love you all.
What a great interview. Thank you Sherri and Billy for bringing Amy to us. I didn’t know much about her before this and now I do and how can we not love her? 😊 Great to meet you Amy!
I love Amy Smart. I have several of her patterns and I’m so excited for her new fabric line, Albion, to come out. The style and especially the colors are right up my alley. Thanks for having her on your podcast. It was a great conversation.
That was a wonderful interview! I followed Amy’s blog for years when I was a young stay at home mom! Also Amanda Nybergs! I was so sad when she stopped blogging! I still go back once in a while and look through her blog! I didn’t know any young people that quilted, and it made me feel like I wasn’t the only one with this passion and love. Now I am the old person who quilts, hahaha! But I teach sewing classes at a local high school to young girls! I hope to inspire them to one day be makers!
One of the first fabric collections I purchased was Gingham Girls! I've been a fan ever since. Thank you for introducing me to one of my favorite designers.
Loved this interview with Amy Smart. She was the first quilt blogger I started following when my daughter picked one of her quilt patterns for me to make. Her blog led my journey to several other designers and quilt-a-longs over the years including your blog and videos which I watch regularly and enjoy so much. Thanks for all the inspiration and knowledge you share with this community!
I have just finished your Jelly Roll Sampler, went well. I also have a fat quarter bundle of Strawberry and Lemonade and am thinking about which pattern to do with it. Great interview with Amy Smart. Love your enthusiasm.
Thank you Sherri and Billy for a great podcast. Billy was right about his Super Bowl pick! Sherri, I ordered the Cozy Earth Body Butter that you mentioned! Can't wait to get it! Thank you!!
I really enjoyed the interview with Amy Smart. I bought some of her Sugarhouse Park fabric several years ago when I was just starting to quilt because I raised my kids near Sugarhouse Park! I have followed her ever since. Looking forward to her next line of fabric🎉
I have enjoyed reading Amy Smart's blogs and love her fabrics too. It was very nice to listen to both of you talking together! Nice that you support each other too. Thanks for sharing her with us!
I’ve really enjoyed this episode. I follow Amy Smart and love her collections too. My fabrics are picked and prepped for the APQ sew along with your Hearts of Home
Another great interview! I throughly enjoyed it. It’s amazing how long you both have been blogging and how similar your stories are. I can’t wait for the Log Cabin SAL coming up. Go Chiefs!! 🥳

I love your podcast and really look forward to every other Monday! I downloaded the pattern from the magazine, and it was so easy. Couldn't get the magazine, but now I can start this quilt today! I think I have bought all of the patterns you did in strawberry lemonade and as much fabric as I can find. I love this line of fabric!!
I subscribe to the American Patchwork and Quilting magazine. I love this quilt and will be making the 18" log cabin pillow this week with your Strawberry Lemonade jelly roll. Your fabrics make me happy. 😃 Just beautiful! Thank you! 🤗

Loved hearing both your and Amy's quilting journeys. Great interview. I've been searching locally for the APQ magazine for the Hearts of Home pattern, and finally found it in a grocery store! Making the little banner first...it will make a great practice piece for the quilt pattern.
I have two of Amy's patterns and fabric to make them in my queue. (Also have several of Chelsi's and Sherrie's, but bumped Sherrie's log cabin to the front of the line, as love it so much. I had to send a copy of the magazine to my cousin in Galveston when I sent a photo of the front of the magazine, as she wants to do it as well. Loved the interview with Amy.
Really enjoy your interview segments. (And it was a Great Super Bowl…. i was intending on cross stitching while was watching but too exciting and stressful ).
Hi Sherri I know this is off topic but I your skin looks so hydrated with your makeup. Would you mind sharing what products you use? This was a great interview. I took the day off and got to watch it this morning. Your prediction was right Billy- superbowl.
@8machines62- unfortunately, there are “these” stores in our area as well. Seems all they have available are what’s referred to as “gossip & garbage propaganda.” Hope you find it soon. Such a wonderful pattern💕🧵
Love you and your quilts! This video was really hard to watch with the picture flipping back and forth, I would have really enjoyed a split screen instead.
