    Above 40, our proteins start denaturing, he said. We start to cook. A rare steak is served at a temperature of 49 to 54.

      I don't understand what the problem is coming from Australia we have gone over 50 here many times. The issue is when you get a week of temperatures like this then you know about it

      @@FTY13 our homes aren't built for those temperatures + humidity, you get wetbulb and cook

      @@AmonTheWitch In southern Australia we don't have any humidity we just have dry hot heat . But in terms of the houses I don't think you can do much to build them differently there's certainly things you can do during the day to reduce the heat inside the house . In a bad heat wave most people are getting up at 6:00 in the morning closing all the curtains and doing things like that

    hes talking bout the heat leveling or past the body temp basically disables the sweatings main feature to cool our body by passive cooling through the use of water and air and it actually doing the opposite of cooling if the heat passes higher than the body temp the sweat actually absorbs the surrounding heat instead back to the body

    • @mawasorangutan
      @mawasorangutan 4 месяца назад +3

      It's about heat bulb, when heat rising, since the environment often have low humidity, human then can regulate their body heat by sweating
      But it will be different when the heat as well as the humidity on the rise, it will forbid human bodies to regulate body temperature by secreting sweat
