I closed the window, pulled the curtain down, turned on the cold air conditioner, and opened this video. The rain made me remember my childhood days, when it rained all day, my sister and I were in our old house, studying or playing, waiting for my parents to return after a day of work; then we had dinner together, watched TV, and then went to sleep. There was no internet, no facebook, no smartphone ... just the sound of rain like that, with trees, with insects, slightly chilly weather and feeling of peace.

I been battling addiction for 13 years this morning I woke up sober went on the most amazing hike of my life felt incredible afterwards been trying to keep busy went to work came home had a slight urge to use but it's not worth it I'm now going to sleep sober for the first time in a long time I really hope I can beat this so I can finally start taking care of my family I've wasted so much of my life on this drug I feel like such a fool but I'm not going to give up I cant give up .. I sincerely wish anyone going through any form of struggle in their life that you will overcome it. It definitely wont be easy but believe me it will be worth it. I hope you all find whatever it is you're looking for in life. For me its self love, I'm not giving up....

I just suffered an ectopic miscarriage and lost my little ones. Because of it I’ve been having hard time sleeping for more then 20 minutes a night, my therapist recommended that I try this video and I’m on only my 3rd night of it but the for the first time in 2 weeks I’ve now gotten 2 full nights of sleep and it’s because this has been helping me so far. Thankful for videos like this

Praying that all of you have a good life and don’t ever for a second doubt your abilities and your resilience. Everyone on this planet is capable and strong, don’t overthink that power that you have. Even if things aren’t okay right now doesn’t meant they won’t ever be, you will get through it and overcome the hard days and be thankful you did, but don’t forget to also be thankful for the good days because in your bad days you were hoping for good days to return. So stop and be present in them for the time that they last. We never know when bad days are going to happen but it’s the bad days that prepare us for the days ahead. To those out there who can't sleep, you are not alone. Anxiety keeps me up at night, I love sleep but my mind is always so worried about the future that it has such a hard time shutting off each day. Some how I manage to sleep each night, some better than others, each night is a struggle. It's videos like this I can turn to, to relax my mind and let go of the anxiety of tomorrow. For all of you who are suffering each night, try to let go, try to let calmness and serenity wash over you. It's okay if you can't, don't stress. Just keep trying like I do. I believe in each and every one of you. Lets get some sleep.
Your message touched me, I've been dealing with the same thing. I finally had to surrender to GOD in a big way cuz I thought I was going crazy. Then I heard somewhere something like this... Worrying is a waste of time. It does nothing for the past, it does nothing for the future, it just messes up the present time. Okay! Much Love.
So many of us are in the same predicament. I try to think if different things affect people in different ways, or are we all suffering from the same worrisome effects. The constant attacks of the powers that be, the uncertainty of our future, and everything else thrown at us every day. I just can't put my finger on it.
The surrender to God is the biggest release of everything you'll ever get! I do it in my kitchen, then wind up on the floor kneeling and just giving everything over. We don't need to know how, we just need to trust He will sort it because all of it is in His hands

Surrendering to God was my biggest success in this life journey bestowed to me ... to us. it is amazing and you are correct ... it is considered a sin to worry. Anxiety is not of God. It is there for destruction and to Jade. Everything is in his hands. his amazing orchestrating hands. i dealt with so much grief of losing first my Mother, only to be followed so quickly my father.....i fell into addiction trying to mask the pain. it only caused more. i that despair , I surrendered. God showed up like i didnt even know that he would. telepathically and overwhelmingly giving me visions and making me feel my little humbled heart ....understanding that he is my true gardian. the only one. that was four years ago. since then my life is my testimony. it is so different and i have a peace of heart body soul and mind that i never thought i could have. and then my brother died two years ago. it was amazing that there was no grief. at least not like i had experieced losing my parents and my two closest mates. i couldnt believe the continuum of peace . He guarded me. i miss my brother but in surrending to Out true father, our creator ... the most high alpha and Omego, before the beginning And after the end, i am connected to those i lost still and my heart is full. this is his design. it has ups and down, but we are meant to go through them with him. the closer we seek his face in our journeys the more peace we have in going thorugh everything we have always meant to go through. exactly the way he made it for us. and let me assure you, he is a loving God. and merciful. he will conquer your anxieties and worries. Lean not unto your own understanding but unto him. let him safe guard you. i promise you i was the example of a train wreck. i now only wish to spread the love he showed me that night dec 9th 2017 in the early morning hours when i truly surrendered. He is so prevalent and magnifcent. i pray that everyone follows their devine right, which is to be brought to a place in there journey of surrender and truly meet your Father. your loving full father. praise his name on high ... I have tinitis and have for over 50 yrs. This is the best thing I have found just recently that helps me to sleep and not hear all the noises in the ears . It seems to blend them all together and make the ringing and humming part of the music and I thank you for that.

This video is so great. Sometimes I have to remind myself how far I’ve come only by myself without any help. It has been a very hard lonely journey, but I didn’t gave up and I’m so proud of myself. I still am that good person, despite all the undeserved hardships. Nobody deserves to suffer, but that’s the way to grow and it’s Part of the universe’s plan.

When I'm stressed, need to calm down, or I'm anxious I visualize the ocean, hear the waves, smell the salt water. I focus on my favorite place close to my home in Hawai'i that I would sit and watch the surfing sea turtles. In my heart I never left and anytime I need to I'm right back with the sea turtles. I just suffered an ectopic miscarriage and lost my little ones. Because of it I’ve been having hard time sleeping for more then 20 minutes a night, my therapist recommended that I try this video and I’m on only my 3rd night of it but the for the first time in 2 weeks I’ve now gotten 2 full nights of sleep and it’s because this has been helping me so far. To those out there who can't sleep, you are not alone. Anxiety keeps me up at night, I love sleep but my mind is always so worried about the future that it has such a hard time shutting off each day. Some how I manage to sleep each night, some better than others, each night is a struggle. It's videos like this I can turn to, to relax my mind and let go of the anxiety of tomorrow. For all of you who are suffering each night, try to let go, try to let calmness and serenity wash over you. It's okay if you can't, don't stress. Just keep trying like I do. I believe in each and every one of you. Lets get some sleep.

So many of us are in the same predicament. I try to think if different things affect people in different ways, or are we all suffering from the same worrisome effects. The constant attacks of the powers that be, the uncertainty of our future, and everything else thrown at us every day. I just can't put my finger on it.
The surrender to God is the biggest release of everything you'll ever get! I do it in my kitchen, then wind up on the floor kneeling and just giving everything over. We don't need to know how, we just need to trust He will sort it because all of it is in His hands

Surrendering to God was my biggest success in this life journey bestowed to me ... to us. it is amazing and you are correct ... it is considered a sin to worry. Anxiety is not of God. It is there for destruction and to Jade. Everything is in his hands. his amazing orchestrating hands. i dealt with so much grief of losing first my Mother, only to be followed so quickly my father.....i fell into addiction trying to mask the pain. it only caused more. i that despair , I surrendered. God showed up like i didnt even know that he would. telepathically and overwhelmingly giving me visions and making me feel my little humbled heart ....understanding that he is my true gardian. the only one. that was four years ago. since then my life is my testimony. it is so different and i have a peace of heart body soul and mind that i never thought i could have. and then my brother died two years ago. it was amazing that there was no grief. at least not like i had experieced losing my parents and my two closest mates. i couldnt believe the continuum of peace . He guarded me. i miss my brother but in surrending to Out true father, our creator ... the most high alpha and Omego, before the beginning And after the end, i am connected to those i lost still and my heart is full. this is his design. it has ups and down, but we are meant to go through them with him. the closer we seek his face in our journeys the more peace we have in going thorugh everything we have always meant to go through. exactly the way he made it for us. and let me assure you, he is a loving God. and merciful. he will conquer your anxieties and worries. Lean not unto your own understanding but unto him. let him safe guard you. i promise you i was the example of a train wreck. i now only wish to spread the love he showed me that night dec 9th 2017 in the early morning hours when i truly surrendered. He is so prevalent and magnifcent. i pray that everyone follows their devine right, which is to be brought to a place in there journey of surrender and truly meet your Father. your loving full father. praise his name on high ... I have tinitis and have for over 50 yrs. This is the best thing I have found just recently that helps me to sleep and not hear all the noises in the ears . It seems to blend them all together and make the ringing and humming part of the music and I thank you for that.

Ever since I lived in Hawai'i over 40 years ago it is my heart ❤ home. When I'm stressed, need to calm down, or I'm anxious I visualize the ocean, hear the waves, smell the salt water. I focus on my favorite place close to my home in Hawai'i that I would sit and watch the surfing sea turtles. In my heart I never left and anytime I need to I'm right back with the sea turtles.
