Nope, he definitely intended it to be the Imperial March. After all, Jedi garb, _including_ Anakin/Vader's pre-and-post helmet look, is all based on men's kimono, since the original Star Wars is based (very) loosely on Akira Kurosawa's "Seven Samurai".
I love hearing Sharla speak Japanese. And the fact that I can still understand it makes me even happier. I miss Japan!

I visit Iizaka Onsen every year and have stayed at Horieya Ryokan twice.
Easy to get to from Tokyo, and the quality of the hot springs is consistent, so I can recommend it to anyone with confidence.

I find it odd I haven't seen any for almost a year or more. The YT algorithm is wonky. Any who, great to see the man I started watching first finally slurp noodles properly, and the awesome man who taught him speaking English amazingly clearly now! So many years have past. I wore sneakers on my wedding, the best decision ever. 10/10 can recommend. They were rose gold with glitter everywhere, so they looked fancy. I have seen bride and groom both with sneakers, and it looks nice.

so awesome seeing the wedding attire. when i was visiting Osaka Castle this last december, i just happened to stop by the Hokoku Shrine at the same time a traditional wedding was being held there. watching the wedding party make the approach to the shrine itself was one of the coolest parts of my whole trip.

My wife and i married in Japan in autumn in 2005. The Kimono costs about 4 or 5 thousand Euros. And that's only renting it for the ceremony. About one hour. Can't imagine what buying it would cost.
To marry in a temple was a really great experience! I was the second foreigner who married there and read the wedding text. 😅
Ive been watching Chris for years, and when you popped up in his videos I started following you too, seeing the journey youve both made has been one of my favorite things to watch.
