A few things:
So I thought of this video a while ago, because we never really find our in the show or manga how everyone figured out their abilities.
So I took some creative liberties.
There is a lot of symbolism in this video. It is important to pay attention to how a person is standing or acting. And pay close details to facial expressions because those are always important.
In some of the faces I chose to give Dazai, I like to believe they are laced with disgust and fear (when ever he is looking at Mori).
I also quite enjoy the idea of him hating Elise because she is Mori’s ability.
In the beginning both Elise and Shuuji’s (Dazai’s) text bubbles are at the top, while Mori’s is at the bottom. That is to show how Shuuji and Elise are nothing like Mori and will never be at the same level as him, allegedly.
At the end, with Dazai’s text bubbles going to the bottom, I chose that to symbolize how he is like Mori and will never be able to escape it
Anyways to complain a bit I had to green screen all those ss just so I could get that hospital background because it’s not on gacha life 2 so if it looks wonky shhhhhhh.

Just to let you know, Dazai’s ability actually also works on the ability itself, not just the person. So, when Elise was playing with him(in this), she would have been erased simply because she came into contact with him. This is showcased in multiple episodes, but one in particular is when Dazai is down in the port mafia basement and Akutagawa attacks him. As soon as Rashomon comes into contact with Dazai, it nullifies. He didn’t need to come into contact with Akutagawa. Just thought it was important to know :)

Im probs wrong, but do abilities appear at a certain age?

@@Stylish_Chibi that I have no clue about. I’m unsure if they are simply there from birth and just take something to trigger them, or if they appear later in life. We know due to Atsushi’s past that they CAN occur as early as like 4-8 probably. And we see Yosano using her ability almost perfectly at 11 so…other than that there’s no way to really tell. If anyone does know from some light novel or something Asagiri has said then be my guest to correct me, but otherwise I’ve got no clue

@@Stylish_Chibi no they don't. They just appear at some time. Asagiri hasn't done much world building yet, so maybe we'll know more in the future. Personally I want to jnow why Dazai's and Fyodor's abilities are constantly activated when other people can control theirs, and I want to know why H.P Lovecraft defies all logic in the series. Hopefully Asagiri can give us an explanation :D
