6:55 I was born in Sarajevo and live in Croatia currently but that doesn't matter, what matters is that I am from Sarajevo and I read a lot news about it, soon these paper tickets and paying with money might be a thing of past because later in this year there will be cards instead of tickets, cards that are similar to mastercard, visa card etc., but only used as tickets and electronic card readers which will revolutionise Sarajevo's public transport, that's just one part though and also you can't go with a tram through whole route because tracks on the west side of town are being reconstructed so you would have to use bus as a substitute for a tram, low floor trams should come next year and new trolleybuses should come this year plus the traffic lights and management should also improve so I would suggest you to visit Sarajevo again later if you will be able to, all of that should also be done what I put here if another war doesn't break out and I don't want that myself especially the citizens, anyways if you two will be able to, visit Sarajevo again and bring friends along for them to see the beauty of this city in person
