- Borla exhaust for Genesis G70 3.3t V6! Borla is officially making an exhaust system for the 2022 and newer Genesis G70. This exhaust will incorporate the variable exhaust valve and I am sure will sound awesome.

If this is the real deal, I'm super stoked. I've considered an exhaust for a while, but I'm unwilling to give up the valved exhaust on my Sport Prestige. Being able to adjust it on the fly is awesome.
I was informed of this directly from a manager at Borla, so I am fairly positive it is happening lol. Unless they decided to cancel the project last minute.

Where did you see Borla say this ? Trying to find it. I have the Borla for my stinger it sounds so good curious how it would sound of the g70. The stock g70 3.3 has those up shift pops so hopefully with Borla it would be a louder deeper pop
I emailed Borla asking if they were making a system for this car and one of their managers responded back and told me what their current plans are. It is not publicly listed anywhere by them yet, and for that reason I did ask if it was OK for me to share the news which they agreed. But yes, borla has not officially announced it, but one of their managers did confirm it with me via email.

Can you ask them if they would be making one for the GV70? I would love to upgrade the sound on mines
I can touch base with them again when I get an update on the current one. I don't forsee them making one for the GV70 tho because there is not much demand for aftermarket mods on that car.
Cool. but for me personally I'm good with the sound of the stock exhaust on my '23 3.3TAWD SP. I'm used to V8 muscle cars and V6's just don't sound that good to my ears, so I'd rather keep them humble in the decibel department, plus I love the sleeper effect. Gunning it on the road without people knowing how much gas you are giving it type of thing...keepin it smooth and humble while still accelerating at a good pace. With my 825hp 2017 Mustang GT with an AWE Touring exhaust...now THAT is a beautiful note I love to let sing and it has the acceleration to back it up. I think the actual acceleration should match the volume of the exhaust. See so many obnoxiously loud ricer type cars that make all kinds of noise and are barely moving...It's straight up juvenile. But to each their own. All that said, Borla is a top -notch exhaust company and you can't go wrong with them.

Agreed. I did the exhaust valve delete, but found I didn't like it because it gave me a headache from the low frequency. Put all the plugs back in and the quieter ride is much more enjoyable haha. I came from loud cars previously and had never experienced a quiet car. Now that I know how nice quiet is I'm kinda don't mind it. But I definitely still think I would do the Borla Exhaust just because haha
