Great video aiden I agree with a lot of the comments. Mountain biking is certainly a great sport for your mental health and the mountain bike community is pretty amazing. Daisy is my local and every time I ride their even on trails I always ride I always discover something new. I did flying cloud the other weeks and it scared the bejezzus outta me, certainly above my skill level, but I’m glad I gave it a go, plus I was finally able to ride Jim finch.
Daisy Hill is popular for a reason, and absolutely more so now with all the recent trail works. And yes, nothing clears the mind better than a few KMs on the bike!
