I served in LRS-D when I was in the Army. We had a 2 week selection. And I was already tabbed. Selection was hard, and it was non-stop like Pre-Ranger was.
BTW, COngrates, don't know what unit you went too. But I am wondering if you plan to write a book with your work-outs and diet plan. I am 47 years old now, and need to loose 50 pounds. I have lifted weightes and even did cross fit, but my diet is what's failing me. I was to eat healthy, or fun food, But also loose weight, or size. I need to do this before I hit 50. my knees are bad.
Bilateral knee surgery and swimming mixed with diet is what does it for me.

I may be wrong but I believe he's putting on lifting shoes.
He's putting on Nike Romaleos a powerlifting shoe which helps with olympic lifts and squats.
Are you doing push/pull/legs twice a week or 3 days workout routine?
