Nice to hear your fishing stories and experiences with the gameplay in the background. Hope this series performs well so that we get many more Dredge videos. :)
i know the feeling. the town i live in is on an island just off the main land and when i was in high school me and my friends, and many others too, would go jumping off certain spots of the island into the sea. most were safe spots that had been used for years (still, not 100% safe and dependent on tide) but others were fairly stupid. one being big death. not only was it a big cliff but there was a fair few rocks below and it wasnt that deep beyond them. but yeah, youd get that feeling every time you were making your way back out of the water no matter how many times you went out jumping. couldnt imagine how that would be like out at sea though. that would hit different i think.
Dude, you talking about the fear after you jumped into the water while deep sea fishing sent the most unnerving chill down my back! I get spooked sometimes even going out at the coast of Ireland for sea swim so the thought of nothing but endless ocean around me is terrifying
I know the feeling, did some night time diving been on ferries in the open sea at night. The see feels like an eldritch entity, it's inconceivably vast and mysterious and jumping into it especially at night feels like you are being swallowed by some monstrous Lovecraftian beast. Plus it gets so fucking dark. It's terrifying even if you don't have Thalassophobia.
Sup cowboy, I hope the baby is doing well . I heard you mentioning Cthullu is the first episode I actually been reading H.P.Lovecraft , I just read a short story I believe was a inspiration for some enemies ( the werewolfs)in bloodborne , the story is called "Pickman's model" if anyone is wondering.
Same feeling when I jumped in the ocean, we were two hours out and went to swim with whale sharks in Mexico, when I got in the water I looked down and it was just a deep dark pitch black and it just seems like anything can come up and drag you down
That fear you were explaining, i know exactly what you mean. When i first moved out to nc coast a couple years back i had no income or job lined up so it was either landscaping or i could go out on a commercial fishing vessel. Bein in abody of water wasnt foreign to me, as i grew up on a lake but once we got out 60 miles or so and i had lost all sense of where i was.. it kinda started to hit different lol. But thanks man for the great content and i hope to see some more of this game
I'll have to say being stranded out in the middle of the ocean is probably my biggest fear. I couldn't even imagine. The ocean is a scary place never know what lurks below.
You just need to turn that rod that dose both coastal and shallows and put it into the right hand hook slots then you can use that big one in the four slots on the left
This looks like a lot of fun. If I purchase a game because of a video like this I feel like the content creator should get a kickback somehow. Leaving a tip is the only option? I also want the creator to be able to use people buying based on their content as a negotiation tactic for sponsored streams and such. I cant be the only one who buys games based on videos like this.
Bro I can’t jump off boats especially in middle of the ocean. I’ve done it and with no land around it’s almost alien. It’s tough to describe ur not wrong. I did it once and only once bc my imagination went wild of what could be underneath me. But I’ll stick to the lakes around Jersey.
The ocean is more terrifying than outer space to me. Space is just absolute nothingness but that's just it: nothingness. Very little chances of bumping into something. The ocean? For all we know, Cthulhu could be living down there.
Love how Cowboy walked past the grieving father at Little Marrow and sold the item for his quest. 😅

I really like this series. Very relaxing to have on in the background!
Hard to describe, but anyone who has jumped or even peered in the deep blue sea understands it

Cowboy’s fishing stories, HELL YEAH!!!

Commenting to support this series instead of the other one! Cowboys commentary on this one is really good
Only the 2nd episode I know, but this is really enjoyable to watch cowboy, thanks!
Dredge: Tetris with fish.
This series needs to continue if only for the fishing stories.

Ah, loving this game... so glad you're giving this one a go... also, here's a fun fear: Thalassophobia

What a fun and relaxing game to watch!
Love this series. Nice and relaxing.

Having both, Have a nice death and Dredge, is great man, both games are great to watch or have as background videos! Thank you for the content.
Another cool episode. Rly liked this Indy game
Since you have episodes prerecorded, it's probably not very relevant, but the research menu had a bunch of gear, including multi-purpose fishing pole
Gee cowboy way to unlock a new fear for me 😂 5 mins into the video and I never want to touch the ocean again
It’s amazing how much time passes in game time and real life during this game!
Keep em coming! 👍
FishermanCowboy!!! 🤠🪝🐟🎣🎣🎣
More episodes pls

Part 2 of Cowboy leading us on about his favourite fish to eat
I'm pretty sure it's red grouper
Much preferring fish game to the death game. Both good but for me this hands down
Persuaded me to buy the game!!
I am up just to watch you do something with the dredging.
yay fish tetris !
Playing this right now but can't progress, so ill wait for cowboy so that i can 😅
I wonder what episode it will be when he discovers he has an entire storage area.
You ever see that awful horror movie “Open Water”? That’s literally my biggest fear…

Man jumping in deep lakes spooks me much less the fucking open ocean. I've never been comfortable in deep bodies of water. Even in games.

2 episodes in and already in love with this series. concerned about the viewing numbers though!
IS THAT FISH JENGA
