The girls have input into their look and style and I keep seeing comments everywhere about how they should tone down the makeup and strip back their styling, no just no. XG quite clearly love this style. It not only suits their concept of being Aliens, its also very Anime/Harajuku. as much as i love the girls, the highlight of this video for me was Simon. and i’m very appreciative that they showed the parts where they had problems and how Simon was able to step up quickly and communicate effectively to the MANGO TV team, even when they don’t speak the same language. This was awesome. You to see Simon and the level of detail. Him talking to the engineer Brought me back to the Training days him yelling at them in the studio. But he’s sooo professional and respectful with it.
Details matters, especially if you are the cultivator of art. Simon vision is to create a global group, he puts in work to maintain the integrity and open to reinvision the work, dependent on the situation. I felt he did a great job conveying his expectation. To be a global group you must have a team that is culturally aware and know how to effectively communicate with respect to get the job done. This guy works 24/7, i think he work out the intricacies in his dream too.

Everytime i see a video like this, the girl shout out to the XGALX family, the music production session or the video they posted about their collab with other artists I remember that quote from a Simon itw : "And we want to convey how beautiful and great music is, and through XG, we want to change the environment of all players active in the field of music in a "positive" way. I’m sorry, I have to comment again. This man held A MEETING right before their performance to address a leak with the members of the staff. He was respectful, he was straight to the point, and he didn’t bash them or talk down to them. In fact, he reassured them and told them he is looking forward to working with them. This was awesome. You to see Simon and the level of detail. Him talking to the engineer Brought me back to the Training days him yelling at them in the studio. But he’s sooo professional and respectful with it.
Details matters, especially if you are the cultivator of art. Simon vision is to create a global group, he puts in work to maintain the integrity and open to reinvision the work, dependent on the situation. I felt he did a great job conveying his expectation. To be a global group you must have a team that is culturally aware and know how to effectively communicate with respect to get the job done. This guy works 24/7, i think he work out the intricacies in his dream too.

The girls, XG, and the team sure does work hard and put their best in everything they do that's why I love them. This includes Simon. Some might not like some of the things he does but to me I see it as someone who's just passionate in their craft and XG won't be where they are now without Simon and the team. I appreciate Simon for being hands on and taking care of everyone's needs. Just do you Simon, there will always be negative people but don't mind them. Just focus on the goal and I'm one with the Alphaz supporting XG and XGALX.

Everytime i see a video like this, the girl shout out to the XGALX family, the music production session or the video they posted about their collab with other artists I remember that quote from a Simon itw :

I’m sorry, I have to comment again. This man held A MEETING right before their performance to address a leak with the members of the staff. He was respectful, he was straight to the point, and he didn’t bash them or talk down to them. In fact, he reassured them and told them he is looking forward to working with them. Simon is officially one of my favorite creative director/managers I’ve seen in this kpop space.
@@Snukiiii XG is thriving in both the JPop and KPop scenes, especially with AVEX's involvement. They're more active in both Japan and Korea, but they’re definitely more popular in Japan than in Korea.
XG was introduced to Korea primarily for promotional purposes. Management continues under AVEX, with XGAL functioning as a subsidiary. Simon has been appointed CEO and Producer to lead XG's operations. Although they have never been a K-Pop group, many still regard them as a J-Pop group, leaning more towards the emerging genre of XPOP from Japan.
Their goal was always to be a global group, singing all published songs in English for the widest exposure. Yes, Avex is the parent, and yes they are based in SK to leverage that music infrastructure. But they are a global group, so don't get bogged down in the J and K, use the entire alphabet and focus on the XG.
