don't make em do that, they literally spend so much time together that they would have to wait for the pod to talk about their individual lives to each other, don't get me wrong, it'd be great content but they're human beings lol
@@MattBolmanI don’t think in any of their episodes I’ve seen them telling stuff to each other for the first time? It’s more about them collectively telling stuff to their audience lol the whole “waiting to talk to each other” thing for me seems more applicable to Cody and Noel for the TMG podcast. That being said - at the end of the day, it’s their life, it’s their career - so they’re gonna do what they’re comfortable with
I was referencing something he said in the video, thanks for your input though I really wanted to make a comment just for your enjoyment and to flex how clever I am I guess /s@@seungminwhatisyourproblem
@Cody and Kelsey sorry for the long comment but here's a little thing you can do to avoid your kids being iPad kids, ESPECIALLY on longer car rides or airplanes trips: When I was a kid, we would go on vacation road trips all the way to Virginia Beach (I'm from the province of Quebec so it was a good 13 hours of driving) and before leaving, my parents would bring my brother and I at the local dollar store and they would let us chose a few toys and a few snacks! They also had a little tv that you could put dvd's in them that you attach to the back of the headrest and they got got us the Spongebob series and we loved it! They would take the tv out of the car when the trip was done so we wouldn't get used to watching tv during car rides (aka it's only for special occasions like a road trip vacation) It's not portable like an iPad so they won't be asking for it when y'all sit at a restaurant or something because they'll know that it's exclusively for long car rides. We never complained or made a fuss and got used to sitting in a car (or anywhere else) for long periods of time very quickly. Plus, they're some of my most treasured memories 🥰 They started doing it when we were toddlers and we would sleep 3/4 of the trip so today if i'm not driving I fall asleep SO QUICK in a car ☠
Same here! I loved watching a movie on that little DVD headrest thing and then sleeping the rest of the way on road trips! Ofc I used to get car sick so sleeping helped me not puke lol
So happy for y’all! It fucking melts my heart as 19 year old who has watched Cody’s content since I was in 6th grade (literally the only RUclipsr I’ve kept up with for so long), but it’s incredible to see how far you’ve come and Kelsey is such a beautiful soul. Omg I’m just so happy for you both! Love to see you experience life together and create something so beautiful🤍
The way Cody makes the pod so self referential makes it so much fkg fun to listen to. It's as if everyone gets to share inside jokes within the episode
I have a rescue Great Pyrenees and they’re wonderful dogs you just have to make sure to socialize them really well when they’re younger because they can have issues with guests coming into the home. We got my dog later in life and he went through training and everything but we still have to put him up in a room when guests come over because he has tried to bite people who come too close.
My boyfriend and I took 3 baby classes at our hospital before our son was born and I highly recommend doing classes because you get to be hands on and ask questions and it was really helpful all around!
Bunny’s Buddies is NOT the move. Please do not use that organization! Much better served to look up a socal specific Great Pyrenees rescue/foster/adoption org. It’s better to have an org that can supply resources, training assistance, and knowledge than using a mentally unstable woman who wants to clout chase using puppy mill dogs from Asia. Her heart is in the right place, but I do not trust her at all.
Just words of encouragement, my wife and I just had our first kid and while she knew a lot about babies through growing up in a big family, I knew nothing. Our son is 4 months old now and my confidence with being his dad and doing daily tasks has skyrocketed. You may not know what you are doing but you will figure it out and do great!!
Ughhh I’m so excited for these two!!! I totally agree with sharing your kids lives on the internet. I’m a parent myself and personally I only post my kid on Facebook where it’s private and where my close friends and family members can see updates on him. But personally I never post my kid on Snapchat or instagram. I see social media as a pro and con, but Kelsey and Cody are totally right. I can tell from this podcast they are going to be great parents!
Its so funny that Cody brought up Daddy Up, my wife told me i should check it out and we used to laugh at it, because its like it's meant to be for like pre-teen boys lol they cant just say anything normal on there. I deleted it when they said "this week, your cub is the size of an adult racoon's torso"
i recently learned abt “elimination communication” as a potty training strategy! it’s super interesting and some people don’t even have to use diapers bc they become that in tune w their baby’s cues!
Cody should talk to H3 about how they deal with the kids being online. Their view is the perfect marriage of safety without being too overprotective. 35:31
My son has autism and the only way we can go to a noisey restaurant is if we have a distraction for him and sometimes noise canceling headphones. I hope people don't just assume we're lazy parents.
They might, but let them. People need to mind their own business, as they have no idea why you parent your child the way they do, and you don’t owe anyone an explanation. From one mama to another, you’re doing great ❤
I would say don’t waste your time with a slide until you know your kids personality. My sister had a slide on her bunk bed but she had separation anxiety from my parents and so she like never used it her whole childhood?? Also it takes up so much space in the room. I’d wait until you’re moving from crib to a big boy bed to assess that!
Is the name Typocalypsimus Arturo-Castillo John Aquaman Austin Ko, practical? Probably not. But I think it’s lovely and congratulations on the big life achievement! 🎉
If you plan on getting a pyrenees keep in mind Great Pyrenees generally require a large yard as they are mountain dogs they require space to wander or they will seek to escape a yard, they can also be fairly territorial and aggressive, friends of mine have one and it escapes their yard and brings home coyote bodies. Lots of people take these dogs on unprepared and that's why they end up in rescues because people give then up cause they can be tough to handle.
When Kelsey said that other animals remind her of her own pets, I do it too !! no one else has ever related to me on that lmfao I feel it’s a girl way of thinking
cody is definitly gonna be an "ask your mother" dad I can feel it
It’s cannon we can’t intervene 😭😭
but he's also definitely gonna be a "mom said no but it's cool with me" dad
@feefee6689 It's canon not cannon lmaooo
Nah, let‘s just assume he will be a das who actually cares. Or don’t assume at all.
dont put that out into the universe
let’s just cut the shit- we want a Cody/Kelsey podcast consistently. this is our favorite, we love to see it, etc etc

They are already in each other’s vlogs / podcasts very regularly?
guys calm down, they don’t take orders from me so my opinion doesn’t matter! It’s not that deep!
its going to ruin their relationship. just like it did with cody and noel
Is Cody gonna be the dad that does morning runs with the stroller?
he’s gonna be ripping through the green belt with lil man on the back of the bike with one of those little contraptions that pulls them 😂
ABSOLUTELY.
I can't imagine how happy Cody's parents are, 2 first grandchildren at the same time, that's amazing
Hope Kelsey has a frictionless pregnancy
i’m dead
this made me laugh so hard🤣
The baby just slides out
god bless 😌

Cody being a Phil Dunphy kind of dad makes so much sense
Cody is the definition of mr incredible asking dash “HOW FAST WERE YOU GOING? You must’ve been BOOKIN IT”

Ive not come across many pregnant women and i thought that was just some old saying, but she really is glowing! She looks amazing!
I’m really glad they won’t become a family channel. I didn’t think they would but it’s always nice for clarification
i love when kelseys on the pod everything is just exponentially funnier 😭😭
Cody trying not to obviously laugh when Ryan said he's "trying for a baby" lmao
Your kids can use skin friendly markers and color your tattoos in, Cody :)
lmao i work in childcare and i let the kids do this all the time, sometimes with watercolour paint too which looks cool!
@@loubeth7701 AWW that’s so cute 😭
The fact that Cody is a grandpa now is still so surreal to me😢

"I think it's Gunther"

Cody calling “it” is hilarious
it would be so sick if you referred to your baby being born as "dropping a new baby" like they're an album
That's not nearly as funny or clever as you sadly think it is.

First off, thank you for prioritizing your child’s online safety ❤
I’m guessing Cameron for the name because Cody and Kelsey start with “cuh” and they’ll keep the theme going and call him cam for short
