I really hope Chappell roan brings back that crazy outfit phase we had in 2010s pop I miss when pop girls wore shit made out of food and objects and matériels seeing chapel just reminds me of the good days when Katy nicki Kesha lady Gaga were dressed insane
Looks like we’re getting insane outfit Gaga back! For the premiere of The Chromatica Ball last month, she wore this intense, black outfit with giant sleeves and a headpiece (she kinda looked that a fabulous Nosferatu-esque vampire) and another outfit made with car parts. She’s also coming out with a new album soon and she’s got this really dark, kinda creepy, fabulous gothic aesthetic right now. Total 180 from the glam Gaga we’ve had a lot the last few years. I’m excited. 🥰😍 But yes, LOVE that Chappell is expressing herself however she wants to with her clothing/makeup/hair. So much queer culture influences (drag, club kids etc) were huge inspirations for every artist you mentioned and it looks like Chappell is continuing that tradition. It’s so much fun to see. 😍
I'm definitely late to this party, but OMG I'm so glad I'm finally getting into her music and seeing her personality! We've needed a Pop diva / flamboyant queen so badly in these last depressing years, thank you for being you Chappell!
When Lady Gaga first catapulted into stardom like this, people constantly compared her to Madonna. People eventually stopped, and they will for Chappell soon enough.
I highly recommend watching Chappell Roan singing Bad Romance live and you will see the comparison is spot on ❤ it’s a great cover and makes me excited to listen to her music.
I was listening to my favorite artist (who will remain nameless) on iTunes. The playlist was over and Chappell’s song, Good Luck, Babe played. I was like OMG, I love this song! So I checked out her other music and really enjoyed it. This is the first time I watched her sing live and interviewed. She is delightful and charismatic! I’m an instant fan. @@owlmechanics3322no i kept refreshing too girl!!! where is her performance on fallon?? has it not posted yet? i’m freaking
I’ve literally been sitting here waiting for the upload 💀
no me too! i kept refreshing and refreshing. i need the performance posted right now!!!
@@taliabethI literally screamed when the performance finally posted 🕺🕺
I love how authentic and real she is 🥺💘
She's amazing. Talent and charisma. Love her. Been following her for a bit now and I'm happy she's gotten the attention and recognition she deserves.
as a fan from 2020, i ALSO feel like “i was right all along” 😭 ive been boots on the ground since she was working at that donut shop and now she’s here and im so happy for her she deserves it 😭 also she is AMAZING live, so grateful i saw her in september 2023 because i will never see her in a tiny club performing again
i’ve been a fan since last spring and I feel the same way ❤
She's finally getting the fame and recognition she deserves! She's literally been trying for almost a decade now.
The meat dress
Pop girls?! You think, twink!? Gaga! Gaga! Not a pop girl. Chappel isn't original and she is a redundant little hack😅😅😅😅😅😅
I'm definitely late to this party, but OMG I'm so glad I'm finally getting into her music and seeing her personality! We've needed a Pop diva / flamboyant queen so badly in these last depressing years, thank you for being you Chappell!
She's like pop's Dolly Parton! How can you not love her? Femininomenon makes me so happy
the lady gaga comparisons are never gonna end after this one
I mean it takes a Great Artist to be compared to another Great Artist. Both are QUEENS
Manufacturered freaks. Suckers eat it up.
When Lady Gaga first catapulted into stardom like this, people constantly compared her to Madonna. People eventually stopped, and they will for Chappell soon enough.
@@HernMary the difference is, Gaga actually loves these younger artists and doesnt try to shade them. She just recently said she loves Chappell.
I highly recommend watching Chappell Roan singing Bad Romance live and you will see the comparison is spot on ❤ it’s a great cover and makes me excited to listen to her music.
SOME TWINK THAT WORKS AT GOOGLE😭😭😭😭
ITS KILLING MEEEEEE
she’s probably right too
LMAOO
i literally paused it to voice memo my friends that she said that lmaaaooookk
Did she just say Twink? 😭😭 Kween is serving
the little claps for herself with her nails has me dying everytime lmao
Her little kicks and boot clicks ❤❤❤
I was listening to my favorite artist (who will remain nameless) on iTunes. The playlist was over and Chappell’s song, Good Luck, Babe played. I was like OMG, I love this song! So I checked out her other music and really enjoyed it. This is the first time I watched her sing live and interviewed. She is delightful and charismatic! I’m an instant fan. Not too many artist grab my attention so quickly. ❤
Her comedic timing here is incredible 👏 So happy for her!
she is a fan fo dragrace... thats her training,
god Chappell is such a breath of fresh air. she's not only an incredible "pop star" but she is a true artist at heart. her joy & overall realness is very much needed in my opinion because this world is... not it right now. thank you Chappell for existing!!!!!
her humour, her laugh, her personality, ugh she’s HILARIOUS😭😭 that’s my bestfriend
that’s my WIFE
Chappell Roan, I manifest that you go far beyond in your career, touch the lives of many, and live a deeply personal fulfilling life.
Thank God this girl is normal!!! She talks like every other female and isn't cocky and sounds sincere.
i keep hearing about her from my favorite artists but I never knew what she looked like till now! She's soooo inspiring and real??
she's going to be so ICONIC and it's so overdue that I'm at the edge of my seat waiting for her career to unfold like a butterfly.
I just love how raw she is and has not been “molded” for the media
I just listened to her for the first time earlier this week and babe has been on repeat all day every day. She's delightful
I am only discovering Chappell recently. I am so glad I did! This interview just shows what and awesome person she is! 😁
i’m from her hometown + ive been following her since 2017 this is so crazy to me i’m so proud of youuu
Gov ball was absolutely iconic with her I loved her lady liberty look as someone who was born and raised in NYC!!
She deserves every bit of fame and attention she’s getting!! Chappell world domination 2024 🙌🥰
Every word that came out of her mouth during that interview was just gold. She's honest, unfiltered and hilarious- three of my favourite traits in a person.
She’s so down to earth but creative! Love her and don’t even know who she is. Such a good personality
She is quick on her feet, this girl may have “it”.
It’s not enough to sing well and be entertaining on stage…you have to kill it in interviews and the press. So far, so good for Miss Roan. 👏
well, have you heard of Beyoncé?
“Um it feels like I was right all along.” 💃 Love her!
Love her humor! Glad she had fun & made some jokes! She definitely had the audience and Jimmy on her side! So so happy for her!
she is SO likeable and charismatic omg i'm obsessed!!!!!!!!!
She’s so sincere and lovely. I love it. We LOVE LOVE LOVE her in the UK.
