Another lovely tribute that you have graced us with. She was classy and talented. I was fortunate enough to see her with Lindsey Buckingham a few years back while they did some shows together. She didn't disappoint. And what kind of idiot assumes that you wouldn't like rock music? Those attitudes kill me. I'm mixed. My dad was Latino (Mexican American) and my mom is white. White white. I look incredibly white. My brother is much darker. Anyway. On one corporate job I had taken I checked the box that I'm Latino. The human resources manager called me to her office to question me about it. Essentially accusing me of lying. I turned to her latina assistant and spewed several minutes of a diatribe in Spanish before walking out of her office in disgust and not even acknowledging the HRM. Needless to say she didn't question it anymore. Never assume anything mother f-----ers!
