Some industry are just behave crazy due to their high fixed cost
    1. Most often, pure math, often transform to 2, only give you the math answer: cost is increasing, use your creativity to use 2 to understand the business reason
    2. Default one to understand the questions , the industry is really changing, can we m&a? Move to 3
    3. M&a: buy this specific company? Or buy anyone to change the capacity( eliminating competitors)
    4. Supply : the dollar to produce, demand: industry change
