No it will not because the compressor will auto cut off if it get to the temperature and when it lowers again it works.if you turn of the ac and let it off untill become warm then the compressor needs to put a lot work to attain the temperature so it's better to let the ac on for all the time

Good video but one point to add, the AC system does use some of the fuel burnt in the engine. But that usage amount is very small in 4cylinder engines of 1200cc and above where the engine power is already very high because the Ac load is negligible compared to the actual power produced by the engine. However in engines especially with low engine power, continuously using the air-conditioner could reduce the mileage almost up to 20% to 30%. In Maruti Alto, Wagon R etc… where the 3cylinder 800cc and 1000cc engines are used Ac and mileage has direct connection. Where as in Swift , Brezza etc using 1200 and 1500cc 4 cylinder engines there is not much difference in mileage with Ac status or Ac fan speed. And for all Ac units once the fan speed is increased it’s power requirement will increase because the fast moving air flow will increase the heat exchange more efficiently and you can achieve the set temperature quickly in all the air conditioned space properly

Bro, ഒന്നു reply തരണേ പ്ലീസ്. എന്റെ വണ്ടി WagonR 2014 മോഡൽ ആണ്. ആകെ 44,000 km മാത്രമേ ഓടിയിട്ടുള്ളു. Ac തീരെ cooling ഇല്ലാതെ ഇന്ന് gas top up ചെയ്യാൻ പോയിരുന്നു, അപ്പോൾ a/c technician പറഞ്ഞു gas leak ഉണ്ടാകുന്നുണ്ട് എന്ന് തോനുന്നു. Compressor മാറ്റേണ്ടി വരും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. 8000 രൂപ ആകും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു അതിന്. തത്കാലം ac gas top up ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്നിട്ട് നാളെ കൂളിംഗ് ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ compressor മാറ്റേണ്ടി വരും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. എന്റെ സംശയങ്ങൾ:

Good video but one point to add, the AC system does use some of the fuel burnt in the engine.
But that usage amount is very small in 4cylinder engines of 1200cc and above where the engine power is already very high because the Ac load is negligible compared to the actual power produced by the engine.
However in engines especially with low engine power, continuously using the air-conditioner could reduce the mileage almost up to 20% to 30%.
In Maruti Alto, Wagon R etc… where the 3cylinder 800cc and 1000cc engines are used Ac and mileage has direct connection.
Where as in Swift , Brezza etc using 1200 and 1500cc 4 cylinder engines there is not much difference in mileage with Ac status or Ac fan speed.
And for all Ac units once the fan speed is increased it’s power requirement will increase because the fast moving air flow will increase the heat exchange more efficiently and you can achieve the set temperature quickly in all the air conditioned space properly
