Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 have a similar interface. Try comparing Windows XP to Windows Server 2003 or Windows 7 to Windows Server 2008 R2 and you'll see that those Windows Servers use the Classic Theme unlike the Luna theme for Windows XP or the Aero theme for Windows Vista/7. Also if you compare Windows 8.1 to Windows Server 2012, Windows 8.1 has a normal interface whereas Windows Server 2012 has a high contrast interface.
