I can confirm this teaching. I received the Holy Spirit speaking in tongues and immediate God said "Look at the time." It was 7:07am. I instantly knew the 7's surrounding the 0 meant something, but I didn't know what until NOW!!! The 7's represent God in His pure nature (Spirit), just as the Scriptures say "Is" and "Is to come". And the 0 represents a holy container filled with God's Nature, AKA the Body of Jesus Christ!!!! WOW!!! 707 is the same to me as saying "Who IS (7), who WAS (0), and who IS (7) to come, the Almighty!"
