I have being asking and I want to ask again ,What is the use of that institution called National Sports Authority ?
They claim to have done renovation woks in our stadia, yet all the stadiums under them are not fit for purpose.
Cape Coast Stadium, Sekondi Sports Stadium, Temale Sports Stadium, Accra Sports Stadium, and Kumasi Sports Stadium are all not fit for modern football.
Funny enough ,the Sports ministry and the NSA ,responsible for sports cannot boast of just one world class football pitch in Ghana.
I ask again, what is the use of that institution called National Sports Authority?
I heard the CEO of that institution, said, the football clubs in Ghana should build their own stadiums and manage ( paraphraseed).
This statement made by him alone speaks volumes of the conditions of our stadia . Square pegs in round holes .
