Meh, with steroids and pumping same set of muscles anyone can get size increase even with relatively bad life habits. Getting balanced actual power and strength takes years of physical labor with changing postures. Those who have done that are something no one want to mess with. Have seen 80y old grandpa knock the hell out from muscle brain who has done nothing but hit the gym. I know 40y old guy that has worked physically his whole life, well as European champion weight lifter... i much rather face the champion than this guy when it comes to fight. It all comes down to building every part of your body, instead of pumping iron repeating same sets. Also changing postures of physical labor do strengthen ligaments toughen the body up further. Also who is stupid enough to pay gym when you can get paid by say making fire wood for someone who is too old to do it them selfs. Do good and dont waste time and money on gym.

This was the first video like this I had ever seen. Before I saw this, I was trapped in psychological hell. I was depressed, couldn't sleep well, and was majorly addicted to pron.
