I've been on the fitness side of youtube more times than I can count over my lifetime so I have no idea how I'm just now finding out about zyzz. However, I'm so glad I did. The past year and a half has been a particularly dark time in my life, but zyzz gives me hope. As corny as it sounds he gives me hope that if I work at it hard enough I can achieve the body and lifestyle I want, and most importantly to never give up. We've all got a little bit of zyzz in us. I had the most terrifying yet most amazing experience with this song in particular. I was out on a run however despite my mother telling me not to go outside when it’s dark/it’s a bad neighborhood, I still did, this song popped on my playlist and while I was running I kid you not I passed by a bad crew of people, couldn’t see or hear what they where saying, all I know is they started running at me. Probably will no good intent, and despite my already tired legs I booked it with this music playing, it was so exhilarating yet terrifying to know that if I slowed down I prolly was gonna get a beating or possibly dead.

But even after that i didnt have confidence until i started running in the dark. And true its not safe. Its was the mental feeling, and it changed my mindset.
