I've been on the fitness side of youtube more times than I can count over my lifetime so I have no idea how I'm just now finding out about zyzz. However, I'm so glad I did. The past year and a half has been a particularly dark time in my life, but zyzz gives me hope. As corny as it sounds he gives me hope that if I work at it hard enough I can achieve the body and lifestyle I want, and most importantly to never give up. We've all got a little bit of zyzz in us. I could never do pushups, not even the knee ones, finally joined a gym for a month and started my fitness journey, tried to do inclined pushups every day and back home i was still trying to do normal pushups, bois the feeling of your first proper pushup is euphoric, i can do 5 in a row now, the target is 15 in a row by the end of 2022. I had the most terrifying yet most amazing experience with this song in particular. I was out on a run however despite my mother telling me not to go outside when it’s dark/it’s a bad neighborhood, I still did, this song popped on my playlist and while I was running I kid you not I passed by a bad crew of people, couldn’t see or hear what they where saying, all I know is they started running at me. Probably will no good intent, and despite my already tired legs I booked it with this music playing, it was so exhilarating yet terrifying to know that if I slowed down I prolly was gonna get a beating or possibly dead. But even after that i didnt have confidence until i started running in the dark. And true its not safe. Its was the mental feeling, and it changed my mindset.

It rained today heavily in Bucharest and the wind was blowing like crazy. Got up at 6 AM, did chores, got to the gym at 7:30AM, did a one hour endurance based workout that almost killed me, did sauna for 10 minutes then got to my regular job. I had the most terrifying yet most amazing experience with this song in particular. I was out on a run however despite my mother telling me not to go outside when it’s dark/it’s a bad neighborhood, I still did, this song popped on my playlist and while I was running I kid you not I passed by a bad crew of people, couldn’t see or hear what they where saying, all I know is they started running at me. Probably will no good intent, and despite my already tired legs I booked it with this music playing, it was so exhilarating yet terrifying to know that if I slowed down I prolly was gonna get a beating or possibly dead.

@@lxshya Well for me i ran a different route every time. And it was just my personal experience. I was always skinny until i started working and running. But even after that i didnt have confidence until i started running in the dark. And true its not safe. Its was the mental feeling, and it changed my mindset.

I learned about Zyzz a few months ago. His story moved me so much I cannot even describe it. If I had known about him earlier, I would have loved to meet him one day. I started working out because of one of the Millons of people that he inspired. If it would not have been for him, I maybe would even had started working out in the 1st place. Now here I am a year and a half later with roughly 12 Kilos less and being more confident than I have ever been. 🔥🔥🔥

It rained today heavily in Bucharest and the wind was blowing like crazy.
Got up at 6 AM, did chores, got to the gym at 7:30AM, did a one hour endurance based workout that almost killed me, did sauna for 10 minutes then got to my regular job.
We are all going to make it, brahs.
